For agencies and freelancers

White label social media management, precisely defined

You sell the content under your own name. This page lists exactly which surfaces the add-on rebrands, what it costs, and the three things it does not do yet.

What white label changes here

The phrase gets used loosely wherever social media marketing services are resold, so it is worth pinning down what it means in this product before any money changes hands. SpeedRun Social generates social content: posts, videos, carousels, landing pages. Some of that output only you ever see, inside the workspace. Some of it is built to land in front of your client, or your client's audience. The white label add-on rebrands that second group, and only that second group.

Three surfaces carry a brand out of the product today. The public landing page a campaign publishes. The share link a client reviews work through. The watermark on media generated by a free workspace. With the add-on active, each one shows your agency name, your logo and your accent colour where ours would otherwise sit.

It is priced as a flat add-on, $20 a month on top of whichever plan the workspace runs, bought from workspace settings with an ordinary checkout. There is no tier to climb into first. A workspace without the add-on always falls back to our branding rather than to a broken page, and turning it off simply restores our branding.

The three surfaces, one at a time

Everything the add-on rebrands is on this list. If a surface is not here, the add-on does not touch it.

The landing page a lead opens
A campaign can publish a landing page with a headline, benefits, testimonials your client supplies, and a lead form, all on a public URL that needs no login. White label puts your logo in its footer where the Powered by SpeedRun Social line would sit, and your primary colour drives the buttons and accents. A lead who reads the page top to bottom meets your brand and nobody else's. The address bar is the one exception, and it has its own entry further down this page.
The link a client reviews work through
A share link grants one outside person access to one piece of work, with no seat bought and no workspace access. Your client signs in, sees what you shared, and can comment on it or edit it when you granted that permission. White label heads the view with your logo and brand name. Links expire on their own after thirty days, and you can revoke one earlier if a relationship changes.
The badge on free-plan media
Media generated on the free plan carries a watermark. Without the add-on it reads Made with SpeedRun Social, and on video it can carry a referral URL that points back at us. With the add-on it reads Powered by, then your agency name, and the referral URL is dropped entirely. Paid plans make this surface moot: their media generates clean, watermarked by nobody.

Turning it on

Setup is one card in workspace settings, four fields long: an on switch, a brand name, a logo URL and a primary colour. The brand name is the field that matters. Leave it blank and white label will not activate; every surface keeps our default branding rather than shipping a page with an empty header. A missing logo is also safe, because the surfaces fall back to your brand name rendered as text instead of a broken image.

You can fill the fields in before you buy. They save without the add-on and sit dormant until the payment webhook flags your subscription, at which point the branding takes effect with no further step. The gate is enforced on the server, not in the interface, and the branding lookup is built to fail toward the default: if it cannot be read for any reason, pages still render and videos still generate, carrying our standard badge instead of stalling.

What it does not do yet

Read this part before you promise a client anything. Each of these is a limit an agency could reasonably assume away, and should not.

Your own domain
Published landing pages and share links resolve on our domain, not yours. White label controls everything on the page and nothing in the address bar. If your pitch to clients depends on the vendor being invisible to someone who reads URLs, that gap exists today, and you should price it into the promise you make before you make it.
A branded client portal
There is no standing client login area carrying your brand. A client either receives a share link scoped to a single piece of work, or a seat inside your workspace. And the workspace dashboard itself is not rebranded by the add-on: whoever logs into it sees our name. The client-facing surface is the share link, per resource, by design.
One brand per client
The configuration is one row per workspace: one name, one logo, one colour. There is no built-in tree of sub-accounts where each client carries their own brand on their own surfaces. The setup suits an agency putting its own name in front of every client. It does not suit reselling each client a platform badged as that client.

Testing it on one client for free

The free plan is a workable dry run for a single client before any invoice exists on either side. A free workspace gets 300 credits a month, refilled every month for as long as the account exists, plus one included campaign each week: 3 posts, 1 video and 1 cross-post. The Brand Kit is included, and no card is collected at signup.

What free does not give you is the finish. Free-plan media is watermarked, and until the add-on is active the watermark is ours. So run the test in the honest order: judge the content itself on the free plan, move to a paid plan when a client's media needs to ship clean, and add white label when a client-facing page needs to carry your name.

The output you would be putting your name on is public: see real generated posts. Plan prices and what each tier includes are on the pricing page.

Questions agencies ask

  • What does white label social media management mean in SpeedRun Social?

One workspace produces the content, and the add-on makes the client-facing surfaces of that workspace carry your agency brand: the public landing pages, the share links clients review work through, and the watermark on free-plan media. Your name, your logo, your colour. The dashboard you work in is not part of that set.

  • Does the add-on remove the watermark from free-plan media?

No. Free-plan media is watermarked either way. What changes is the text: with white label active the badge reads Powered by followed by your agency name instead of our default, and the referral link is dropped from video badges. Clean, unwatermarked media is a property of the paid plans, with or without the add-on.

  • Can a client review and approve posts without joining my workspace?

Review, yes. A share link shows a client the specific work you shared, and they can comment on it or edit it when you grant that permission, all without taking a seat. A formal approval click by a guest is not a feature today. Approval itself happens inside the workspace, where multi-stage review by member role can be configured.

  • Can the branded pages live on my agency's own domain?

No. Landing pages and share links are served from our domain, and pointing them at a domain you own is not built. White label decides what is on the page, not the URL above it. This is the first thing to check against your own promise to clients, which is why it is stated here rather than discovered later.

  • Which plan includes white label?

None of them includes it, and every one of them can add it. White label is a separate $20 a month add-on rather than a feature of a higher tier, bought from workspace settings. Your brand fields can be filled in before purchase, and they take effect when the add-on activates.

  • Is there an integration with client-portal or agency-management tools?

No. White label does not connect to any external client portal, project management tool, or agency dashboard, and there is no public developer API for it. The share link is the whole hand-off: a browser and a login on the client's side, nothing installed.

  • Is SpeedRun Social a white label social media platform?

Partly, and the boundary is the honest answer. The content and the client-facing pages can carry your brand, so reselling the output as white label social media content works today. The platform itself, the place where campaigns are planned and posts approved, still shows our name to anyone who logs in. If you need the software fully rebadged, this is not that.
