For small business owners
AI social media manager for small business
SpeedRun Social is an AI social media manager for small businesses. It learns your business from your website, then writes the captions, generates the images and video, and queues a week of posts for you to approve. One campaign a week is free for as long as you use it, with no credit card.
Four free campaigns land in a typical month, which is 12 image posts, 4 short videos and 4 cross-posts. Media generated on the free plan carries a small watermark.
What you do each week
Three things, and only one of them repeats.
Connect your website, once
Setup asks for your web address and a handful of answers. It reads the site and imports your business details, your colors, the services you list, and the photos already on your pages. You do this one time and never again.
Read five things
A campaign is three image posts, one short video and one cross-post. They arrive written, illustrated, captioned per platform and already placed on a schedule. Reading them is the entire job.
Approve, or fix it first
Rewrite a caption, swap an image, move a post to Friday, or reject it. Nothing publishes until you say so. Clearing a week is a few minutes on a phone, and it is the only recurring thing this asks of you.
There is no content calendar to fill in, no prompt to write and nothing to design. If a week goes by and you never open it, nothing goes out, because approval is the default.
What it makes
Premier Home Services
Denver, CO

Fadeline Barber Co
Demo brand

The Copper Skillet
Demo brand

Cherry Creek Dental
Demo brand

Output from the product itself, not stock photography and not a mockup. The first card is work for an actual customer. The cards marked Demo brand are businesses we built ourselves to show trades we have no customer in yet.
What it does for you
Shipped features, described the way they land for a small business.
It starts from your website
Setup imports your business details, colors, services and site photography into a brand kit. The first drafts already know what you sell and what you call it, so you are not describing your own business to a text box.
A caption written per network
The post for LinkedIn is not the Instagram caption with the hashtags removed. Each connected network gets its own copy, generated from the voice you set once in the brand kit.
Images and video in the same plan
Captions, still images and short video all come out of the product. There is no separate media app and no media add-on, and you are not charged credits to re-run our own generation errors.
An approval queue that is on by default
Every generated post waits for a person. That is the setting a small business needs on the day the copy gets something wrong about your own business, which is a day that will come.
One schedule, nine destinations
Connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, and Mailchimp. A single schedule posts to all of them, and Google Business Profile is the one that shows up when somebody searches for a business like yours nearby.
Autopilot only if you ask for it
You can hand over the approval step and let it generate and publish on a schedule. It is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it back off in the same place.
What free means here
The free plan is not a trial window. The credits refill every month and the campaign comes back every week, for as long as the account is open. What free costs you is a small watermark on generated media and a cap of 300 credits a month.
- 1 campaign every week
- 3 posts, 1 video, 1 cross-post
- 300 credits a month
- No credit card
Paid plans remove the watermark and add credits, and they run from $49.99 to $199.99 a month with about 20% off annually. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. See the plans.
Questions to ask any of them
Including us. Here are our answers.
- Does the free plan end?
- Ours does not. 300 credits arrive every month and the included campaign comes back every week, with no expiry date on the account.
- Is a card required to start?
- No. Signing up asks for an email address. You reach a payment form only if you choose a paid plan.
- Are images and video included, or an add-on?
- Included, on the free plan as well. The free weekly campaign contains a generated video, not only captions.
- Does it publish, or only draft?
- It publishes. Connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, and Mailchimp and one schedule posts to all of them.
- Can you read every post before it goes out?
- Yes, and that is the default rather than an option you have to find. Autopilot is the thing you opt into.
- What does free-tier output actually look like?
- Ours carries a small watermark on generated media. Everything else about it is the paid output: same models, same brand kit, same publishing.
Read the other answers off each vendor's own pricing page rather than off a comparison article, and check when that page was last updated. Ours is at /pricing and the plan figures on this page are generated from the same code that charges the card.
What it does not do
Faster to read this now than to find out in week two.
- It does not read or answer your comments and direct messages. Those stay in the platforms' own apps.
- It does not promise a result. What you publish feeds back into what it drafts next, and that is the whole of the claim: no reach figure, no follower target, no ranking.
- It does not connect to a point of sale, a booking system or a calendar, so tonight's special or a cancellation slot is still something you type.
- It is software, not an agency. Nobody here writes your posts by hand, shoots your photos or answers your phone.
- We have named customers in home services and nowhere else yet. Every example on this site says which it is: real customer work carries the business name, and the demo brands we built ourselves are labelled on the card.
Questions small business owners ask
What does an AI social media manager actually do?
In our case: it holds your brand details, decides what to post about, writes the caption for each network, generates the image or the video, puts the post on a schedule, and publishes it to the accounts you connected once you approve it. What it does not do is think about your business between sessions or make decisions you have not seen.
How much of my week does this take?
Setup is one sitting: a website address and a few answers. After that the recurring work is reading five generated items a week and approving them, which is a few minutes on a phone. Everything before the approval step happens without you.
Is the free plan really free, or a trial?
Free, and it stays that way. The account gets 300 credits a month and one included campaign a week for as long as you keep using it. There is no expiry and no card on file, and the limit that eventually pushes people to a paid plan is the credit cap, not a clock.
What is in one campaign?
Three image posts, one short video and one cross-post, generated together and scheduled across the week. On the free plan one campaign a week is included, so a typical month is 12 posts, 4 videos and 4 cross-posts.
Which platforms does it publish to?
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, and Mailchimp. You connect the accounts you want and one schedule covers all of them, with a caption written for each network rather than one block of text copied across.
Will the posts sound like my business or like everyone else's?
Every generation is grounded in your brand kit: your voice, your services, your colors and your own photos, rather than a category template. We are not going to claim it lands your voice perfectly on the first pass. The approval queue exists for the times it does not, and edits you make feed the next round.
Can I stop a post before it goes out?
Yes. Posts sit in a queue until you approve them, and you can rewrite the caption, swap the image, move the date, or reject the post outright. Nothing publishes on its own unless you deliberately turn on autopilot.
What does the watermark on free media look like?
A small mark on generated images and video that identifies the tool. It is on every piece of media the free plan produces, and paid plans remove it. We would rather you read that here than find it on the first post you were about to publish.
What happens if I outgrow the free plan?
Paid plans run from $49.99 to $199.99 a month, with roughly 20% off when you pay annually. They add credits, remove the watermark and open up more of the product. You can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
Run one free week on your own business
Connect your website, read the five things it drafts, and publish only what you would have posted yourself. No card, and nothing goes out without your approval.
