Ranked for yoga studios

Best social media tools for yoga studios in 2026

Eight tools ranked by how much public marketing each one produces from the photos a studio can actually take, each priced from the vendor's own page on one named date, with the booking platform named as such, by a company that sells one of the eight.

Ours is entry two, named as ours in the ranking. It starts free every week: 3 posts, 1 video, 1 cross-post, plus 300 credits a month refilled forever. No card asked for, and free-plan media carries a small watermark.

Your best post is a full room mid practice, every mat taken, and you are not allowed to photograph it. That is why Later leads this list: it turns what a studio can shoot, the teachers, the props, the room before class, into a polished Instagram week, for less than any generator on this page.

SpeedRun Social, our own product, is second. It reads your studio's website into a brand kit, writes the caption in your voice, generates the image and cuts a short video around the room and the teachers you can already photograph, and it holds every post for approval before anything publishes. It posts to Google Business Profile too, where someone searching for a yoga studio nearby actually looks. Every figure below was read off the vendor's own page on 17 September 2026.

These eight are not one kind of software. Ocoya and Predis generate the post itself, Later, Metricool, Publer and Buffer are schedulers that publish whatever your phone already shot, Mindbody runs the booking side of the studio, and one, ours, does the caption, the image, the short video and the posting together. Each entry names its kind above its price, so you can skip the rows that answer a different question than the one you asked, and the order below ranks them by how much marketing each produces from the photos a studio can actually take.

The eight tools, ranked

Every priced claim below links to the vendor page it was read from and the date it was read. Where a vendor publishes a monthly price and an annual one, both are quoted.

  1. Later

    Visual scheduler

The visual calendar for a studio feed that is mostly photos

A scheduler built around the visual grid, with AI caption credits on every plan, which suits a studio that already photographs its room, its teachers and its props and wants them laid out on a calendar before they post. Its plans bundle one of each platform into a social set, so a single studio pays for one set and posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and the rest. It writes captions but does not generate the image or cut a video, so the phone still has to hold the shot.

What it costs at one location
Later's page opened on its yearly billing figures and printed Starter at $18.75 a month billed yearly, Growth at $37.50 a month billed yearly and Scale at $82.50 a month billed yearly, each carrying a 25% off label and three months free, with a social set bundling one of each supported profile and every plan starting on a 14-day free trial. The monthly-selected figure could not be confirmed on this read. later.com/pricing, checked 17 September 2026
    Best for
A studio whose feed is mostly photographs of the room, the teachers and the props, and which wants a visual calendar and a caption writer more than a video tool.

    Honest limitation

It generates no image and no video, so the shot still has to come from the studio's own phone, and its pricing page never names Google Business Profile, so the local search a studio wins on is not part of what it posts. The cheapest tier caps at 30 posts per profile a month, and a studio that pays month to month should read later.com/pricing directly. later.com/pricing, checked 17 September 2026

  2. SpeedRun Social

    our product

    AI content generator

The one that writes the caption, makes the image and cuts a short video, free to start

It reads your studio's website into a brand kit, writes the caption in your voice, generates the image, and cuts a short video around the room, the teachers and the props your phone already shot, then holds every post in an approval queue until you release it. It posts to Google Business Profile too, where someone searching for a yoga studio nearby actually looks. Disclosure: this is our product and this is our list, and it sits second because Later turns the photos a studio already has into a polished feed for less than our Starter plan, while a post still asks a studio to want the video and the Google listing on top.

What it costs at one location
Free plan: 300 credits a month refilled forever, one free campaign a week (3 posts, 1 video, 1 cross-post), no card, watermarked media on free. Paid plans are $49.99, $99.99 and $199.99 a month billed monthly, or $39.99, $79.99 and $159.99 a month billed annually. speedrunsocial.com/pricing, checked 17 September 2026
    Best for
A studio that wants the photos it already takes turned into a caption, an image and a short video with its own voice already in the words, and which wants to watch a real week of its posts appear before paying anything.

    Honest limitation

It is not the cheapest way to a studio's feed, and it is not the tool that runs the front desk. Later schedules the photos a studio already has for $18.75 a month billed yearly, Publer queues a feed for $5.00 a month billed monthly and posts to Google, Buffer's free tier carries a location at no cost, and Mindbody runs the booking and payment side for a studio that wants that handled too. Free-plan media carries a watermark, and we are the youngest company on this page. speedrunsocial.com/pricing, checked 17 September 2026

  3. Ocoya

    AI content generator and scheduler

AI copy and designs, scheduled, with Google in the list

A generator and a scheduler in one: it writes the caption with AI, makes the visual in its design studio, and posts on a schedule, and its pricing page lists Google Business among the things it publishes. For a studio that wants the caption and the image made for it and the queue handled, without the short video, it sits just below ours because it does not cut a clip around the room.

What it costs at one location
Its pricing page prints both billing modes. Starter read $29 a month billed monthly or $290 a year billed yearly, Team $79 a month billed monthly or $790 a year, and Agency $199 a month billed monthly or $1,990 a year, each starting on a 7-day free trial, with the yearly toggle labeled two months free. ocoya.com/pricing, checked 17 September 2026
    Best for
A studio that wants the caption and the image made for it and the queue handled in one place, and which already has a phone full of its own photos.

    Honest limitation

It starts on a 7-day free trial rather than a permanent free plan, so there is no free tier to keep using after the week ends. Its pricing page does not say whether a credit generates an image, a video or only caption text, and it is a scheduler and generator aimed at every brand, not a studio-specific tool. ocoya.com/pricing, checked 17 September 2026

  4. Predis.ai

    AI ad and video generator

Makes ads and short video, aimed at paid campaigns

A generator built around ads and short video, with caption writing, scheduling and competitor analysis attached. It makes the images and the clips, but its pitch is paid campaigns and UGC for many brands, which is a step away from what a single studio's feed needs, and its pricing page never names Google Business Profile, so the local search a studio wins on is not in the list it publishes to.

What it costs at one location
Its pricing page prints both billing modes inside the same card. Core read $32 a month billed monthly or $24 a month billed yearly, Rise $79 a month billed monthly or $55 a month billed yearly, and Enterprise Plus $249 a month billed monthly or $212 a month billed yearly, each starting with a 7-day free trial that requires a card. The page labels the yearly figures 25%, 30% and 15% off. predis.ai/pricing, checked 17 September 2026
    Best for
A studio that also runs paid ads and wants one generator for the organic feed and the ad creative, rather than two tools.

    Honest limitation

Its trial is seven days and requires a card to start, so it is not a free plan a studio can keep using. The page is aimed at ads and UGC across many brands rather than a single studio's room, and it does not name Google Business Profile on its pricing page, so the local search a studio wins on stays out of reach. predis.ai/pricing, checked 17 September 2026

  5. Metricool

    Scheduler and analytics

Scheduling plus the numbers, and Google in the list

A scheduler with analytics and competitor tracking attached, and Google Business Profile named on the pricing page itself. Its recurring scheduling lets a studio rerun the evergreen posts, the intro offer and this week's schedule without rebuilding them, and a studio that wants to know whether a month of posting moves sign-ups is paying for the reporting half as much as the publishing half. Its pricing page lists an AI social media assistant with a credit allowance per brand, though it does not say what those credits generate.

What it costs at one location
Its plans page prints both billing ladders under a save up to 24% annual label. Billed monthly, Starter read from $25 a month for 5 brands up to $45 for 10, and Advanced from $67 a month for 15 brands up to $210 for 50. Billed yearly, the same tiers read from $20 and from $53 up to $159. A free tier is listed at $0 covering 1 brand, every network except LinkedIn and X, up to 20 scheduled posts a month and 30 days of analytics. metricool.com/pricing, checked 17 September 2026
    Best for
A studio large enough to care whether the posts move sign-ups, with somebody willing to read a monthly report.

    Honest limitation

It does not name an image or video generator, so the shot still has to come from the studio's own phone, and the pricing page's AI assistant leaves unstated what a credit generates, whether a caption, an image or something else. Its entry ladder starts at five brands, which is four more than a single studio has, so the cheapest paid tier is priced for an agency and sold to one location at the same number, and the free tier caps scheduling at 20 posts a month while leaving out LinkedIn and X. metricool.com/pricing, checked 17 September 2026

  6. Publer

    Scheduler

The cheapest queue, and it posts to Google

A scheduler priced per social account rather than per seat, which suits a studio running one Instagram page and a Google listing. Its plans page names Google Business among the things it publishes, so the daily photo of the room or the schedule change can go to the profile someone reaches through a nearby-studio search rather than only to a feed, and its spintax recycling sits one tier up for the studio that wants to rerun the intro offer next month.

What it costs at one location
Its plans page prints both billing modes inside the same card. Professional read $5.00 a month billed monthly or $4.00 a month billed yearly, and Business read $10.00 a month billed monthly or $8.00 a month billed yearly, with a 7-day and a 14-day trial respectively. A free forever tier is listed at $0.00 with 1 user, 3 social accounts excluding X, 10 scheduled posts per account and 24-hour post history. publer.com/plans, checked 17 September 2026
    Best for
A studio whose phone already photographs the room, and which wants the queue handled for a few dollars a month instead of posted after the last class.

    Honest limitation

It generates no image and no video and writes no caption, so an empty camera roll stays an empty calendar, and the two sentences still have to come from somewhere. Spintax recycling lives on the Business tier rather than the entry one, and pricing is per social account, which a single studio reaches only by running several branded profiles. publer.com/plans, checked 17 September 2026

  7. Buffer

    Scheduler

The smallest step from a phone camera roll to a queue

A calendar and a queue with very little between them. For a studio already photographing its room on a phone, Buffer is the shortest distance to a posting schedule, and its free tier carries a single location indefinitely without becoming a bill. It reaches Google Business Profile as a first-class channel, which is where someone searching for a yoga studio nearby actually looks.

What it costs at one location
Its page printed Essentials at $6 a month per channel billed monthly or $5 a month per channel billed yearly, and Team at $12 a month per channel billed monthly or $10 a month per channel billed yearly, each labeled save 2 months, with a free tier listed at 3 channels and 10 scheduled posts per channel. buffer.com/pricing, checked 17 September 2026
    Best for
A studio whose only real problem is that posting is manual, and which would rather not learn a second piece of software this year.

    Honest limitation

It creates no image or video and writes no caption, so somebody at the studio still has to photograph the room and draft the sentence. Billing is per channel, so a second location's Facebook page is a second bill, and it has no recurring scheduling, so the evergreen intro offer still has to be rebuilt each time. buffer.com/pricing, checked 17 September 2026

  8. Mindbody

    Booking and studio management platform

The booking platform that runs the front desk, not the feed

A booking and studio management platform built for class schedules, payments and the front desk, not for a feed. It runs the schedule, the memberships and the check-in, and its marketing tools are email and text campaigns aimed at filling a class rather than posting to social, so on a page about social tools it is here because a studio owner searching this query will see it, not because it posts anything.

What it costs at one location
Its pricing page leads with Starting at $79 USD a month per location, billed monthly, then names Starter, Accelerate and Ultimate plans each with a Let's Talk button rather than a printed price, so the page prices only the starting point and sends every specific tier to a sales conversation. No annual rate printed anywhere on the page. mindbodyonline.com/business/pricing, checked 17 September 2026
    Best for
A studio that wants class scheduling, booking, payments and the customer list in one system, and which will handle social posting somewhere else.

    Honest limitation

It is a booking platform, not a social tool: the pricing page lists nothing that writes a caption, generates an image or posts to a feed, so a studio still needs a separate tool for its posts. Its social-facing marketing is email and text, and the page prints only a starting price, sending every specific tier to a sales conversation rather than a number. mindbodyonline.com/business/pricing, checked 17 September 2026

How this list was ranked

The stake first: we build SpeedRun Social, and it is entry two of eight. Later sits above it because a studio's feed is mostly photographs it can already take, and Later turns those photographs into a polished week for less than our Starter plan, while our tool adds the generated image, the short video and the Google listing a studio has to want on top. A vendor's roundup earns a studio owner's time only when the stake is stated before the ranking rather than under it, so it is said here.

Every figure on this page was read off the vendor's own pricing page on 17 September 2026 in a real browser, and the address bar was checked against the address requested before a single number was written down. Nothing was restated from a review site, another roundup or an assistant's answer.

Billing modes are named wherever a price appears. Predis, Metricool, Publer, Buffer and Ocoya print a monthly and an annual figure, and both are quoted. Mindbody publishes a monthly figure only. Later's page opened on its yearly figures and would not show its monthly figures to this read, so its entry quotes the yearly numbers and says the monthly-selected figure could not be confirmed. Our own ladder is quoted in both modes for the same reason.

The ranking rule is yoga specific. A studio's best shot is a full room mid practice, every mat taken, and privacy rules mean that shot cannot be photographed. What a studio can actually shoot is the room before class, the teachers, the props wall, the front desk and the mat-side detail, so the order runs on how much public marketing a tool produces from the photos a studio can actually take, whether it writes like the studio and posts for you, and then what the cheapest plan that does it costs at one location.

Two questions cut the list in half. Does it write like my studio separates the tools that generate the caption from the schedulers that queue whatever your phone shot but write nothing. Does it post for me separates the ones that schedule on their own from the ones that still need a human to hit publish, and it is why the booking platform, which answers neither, sits at the bottom.

No stars, no scores, no customer counts, ours least of all. Every claim links to the page it came from with the date it was read, and the links are there so a studio can recheck a number before any of this decides a purchase.

The honest part

Later is the better choice for most studios, because a studio's feed is mostly photographs it can already take, and Later turns those photographs into a polished week for $18.75 a month billed yearly on 17 September 2026, though the monthly-selected figure could not be confirmed on this read. That is less than our Starter plan, so we are not the cheapest way to a studio's feed.

Publer or Buffer is the better choice if a studio already writes its own captions and only needs the queue. Publer's Professional tier was $5.00 a month billed monthly and posts to Google Business, and Buffer's free tier carries a single location at no cost, both less than any generator on this page.

Mindbody is the better choice if the real job is the schedule, the bookings and the payments, and the studio will post somewhere else. What we will not claim: no ratings, no customer counts, no trusted-by list, no guarantee that any of this fills a room. We are the youngest company on this page, and this list tells you which rivals beat us on price, because a list that buried them would be the kind of marketing a studio owner should skip.

Questions yoga studios ask about this list

  • What is the best social media tool for a yoga studio?

For a studio whose feed is mostly photographs of the room, the teachers and the props, Later, because it turns those photographs into a polished week for $18.75 a month billed yearly on 17 September 2026, though the monthly-selected figure could not be confirmed on this read. If you want the caption, the image and a short video made from those same photos together, SpeedRun Social, our own product, does all three and posts to Google Business Profile, starting free with no card. A studio that only needs a queue should look at Publer or Buffer first.

  • Which of these writes captions a studio can actually post?

Later writes captions with AI credits on every plan, Ocoya and Predis generate the caption with the image, and SpeedRun Social grounds each caption in your brand kit and holds every post for approval; that is our product and this is our list. Metricool's pricing page lists an AI assistant with credits but does not say what they generate, and Publer and Buffer write nothing. Mindbody writes receipts and reminders, not posts.

  • Do any of these post to my Google Business Profile?

It matters for a studio, because someone searching for a yoga studio nearby finds the Google listing before the feed. On the pages read on 17 September 2026, Publer named Google Business among the things it publishes, Buffer listed Google Business Profiles as a channel, Metricool named Google Business Profile on its pricing page, Ocoya listed Google Business in its integrations, and ours publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Google Business Profile, and WordPress. Later's, Predis's and Mindbody's pricing pages did not name it. Check the vendor's own integrations page before buying on this point, because a pricing page is not an integration list.

  • Is there a free social media tool for a yoga studio?

Four on this list keep permanent free plans rather than countdowns. Publer's is free forever with 3 social accounts and 10 scheduled posts per account. Buffer's covers 3 channels with 10 scheduled posts per channel. Metricool's covers 1 brand and up to 20 scheduled posts a month. Ours is 300 credits a month refilled forever, one free campaign a week (3 posts, 1 video, 1 cross-post), no card, watermarked media on free. Later runs a 14-day trial, Ocoya and Predis run 7-day trials, and Mindbody has no free tier, only a sales conversation.

  • What is the cheapest social media tool for a yoga studio?

On the pages read on 17 September 2026, the cheapest paid plan of any kind was Publer Professional at $5.00 a month billed monthly or $4.00 billed yearly for one social account, followed by Buffer Essentials at $6 a month per channel billed monthly or $5 billed yearly. The cheapest way to have the caption and image made for you was Ocoya Starter at $29 a month billed monthly. Four tools on this list keep a permanent free tier: Publer, Buffer, Metricool and ours.

  • How much should a yoga studio budget for social posting?

Budget roughly $5 to $49 a month for the posting half of a studio's software, on the figures read on 17 September 2026. The floor is Publer Professional at $5.00 a month billed monthly, Later Starter is $18.75 a month billed yearly though the monthly-selected figure could not be confirmed on this read, and our own Starter plan lands at $49.99 a month billed monthly or $39.99 billed annually. Mindbody charges for the booking side separately, on top of whatever posting tool the studio picks.

  • Why does a booking platform rank last on a social media list?

Because this page is about posting, and Mindbody does not post to a feed. It runs the class schedule, the bookings, the payments and the customer list, and its marketing is email and text aimed at filling a class, but on the page read on the date above it lists nothing that writes a caption, generates an image or schedules a post, so on a ranking of social tools it belongs at the bottom even though a studio may well run it for the front desk.

  • Can I post the schedule and the intro offer without a camera full of class photos?

Yes, and that is the split most of this list sits on. Later, Buffer and Publer queue whatever you bring them but do not make it, so a studio still has to photograph something. Ours generates the image and cuts a short video around the room and the teachers you can already shoot, and Ocoya and Predis make the visual too. The one shot a studio can never post is the full room itself, and no tool on this list changes that, so the schedule, the teachers and the still room are the feed, and the tool is just the part that shows up.

Try it on your own next class

The free plans and trials above exist so a yoga studio can put one real week of classes through two tools and compare what comes out. Ours is the entry with no countdown on it, and every post waits for your approval until you turn that off.

Every vendor figure on this page was read on 17 September 2026. Prices move; the links exist so you can check theirs and ours.
