Scan to leave us a Google review
This free tool turns your review link into a QR code in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or saved, and the product's review dashboard comes with a free account.
How to find your Google review link
Three steps in Google Business Profile, then paste the link above.
Open your Business Profile
On a computer, sign in to the Google account that manages your listing and open your Business Profile. Google only offers the review QR code from a desktop browser, not the mobile app.
Go to Read Reviews, then Get more reviews
Select Read Reviews, then Get more reviews. This is where Google shows the link and its own QR code for your listing.
Copy the review link
Select Copy to copy the short link, or right-click Google's own code to save it. Paste that link into the tool above and it becomes your QR code.
- Google's help page walks through it: open your Business Profile, select Read Reviews and then Get more reviews, and copy the review link or save the QR code Google shows. The page notes the code is only available from a desktop browser. support.google.com, read 18 September 2026
Where to put the code
The code works anywhere a phone camera can reach it. Four places that ask every customer, not just the ones who think to look.
At the counter
A small table card by the register catches customers while they are happy, right after the purchase.
On receipts and invoices
Print the code beside the total. It reaches every customer, not only the ones who ask how to leave a review.
On the van or truck
A decal on the vehicle puts the code in front of every passerby, with no words needed beyond the scan line.
In your email signature
A small code under your name asks every email recipient, without you having to remember to ask.
What Google's review policy says
- Google's review policy bans offering incentives such as payment, discounts or free goods for a review, and bans discouraging negative reviews or selectively asking only happy customers. The honest move is to ask everyone the same way and offer nothing in exchange. support.google.com, read 18 September 2026
Questions about the QR code generator
Is this Google review QR code generator really free?
Yes. You can make a QR code from your review link right here with no account and no credit card. It runs in your browser, nothing is uploaded or saved, and the code you download or print is yours.
What link do I paste in?
Paste a short link starting with g.page, or a search.google.com/local/writereview link. Find yours in Google Business Profile: select Read Reviews, then Get more reviews, then Copy. A Maps place page or a random URL will not work here.
Does the QR code ever expire?
The link it encodes keeps pointing at your listing for as long as the listing is live. If you change your business name or Google hands you a new link, make a new code. There is no expiry or tracking baked into the code itself.
Will a colour QR code look better?
Colour can look nicer, but a black-on-white code scans more reliably across more phone cameras and lighting, so this tool stays monochrome. The safe choice is the one that always scans.
How is this different from the full product?
The full product connects your Google Business Profile and brings your reviews and replies into one dashboard, alongside the captions, images and scheduling. This tool is the single-slice, no-account preview of one part of that.
From one QR code to a whole review workflow
