Vista Social pricing for one to three people

Vista Social sells three paid plans, and the entry one is Professional: $79 a month billed monthly, or $64 a month billed yearly, holding 2 users and 15 social profiles.

Every Vista Social figure on this page was read from vistasocial.com/pricing on 18 September 2026, and each claim links back to it.

Vista Social runs three paid plans and a quote-only Enterprise tier, and it prices each plan two ways at once. Billed monthly, the page showed Professional at $79 a month, Advanced at $149 a month and Scale at $379 a month (https://vistasocial.com/pricing/, read 18 September 2026).

Billed yearly, the same three plans drop to $64, $120 and $304 a month, which the page printed as $758, $1,430 and $3,638 a year. The toggle labelled the saving 20%.

The plan, not the person, is the billing unit: each tier bundles a fixed number of users. Professional holds 2, Advanced holds 4 and Scale holds 8, so one or two people share the entry bill while a third person moves to Advanced.

Where every number came from

  • The page listed three paid plans, each with a monthly price and a yearly price, plus a quote-only Enterprise tier. Monthly: Professional at $79 a month for 2 users and 15 social profiles, Advanced at $149 a month for 4 users and 30 profiles, and Scale at $379 a month for 8 users and 70 profiles on its plan card; the compare table on the same page printed Scale's monthly price as $349 a month, which contradicts the card and the page's own $3,638 a year total. Billed yearly the same plans were $64, $120 and $304 a month, which the page printed as $758, $1,430 and $3,638 a year. Enterprise was shown as Custom with a Request a demo button and unlimited profiles and users. vistasocial.com/pricing, read 18 September 2026
  • Each plan card read "Free for 14 days. No credit card required", and every paid tier button read "Try free for 14-days". No permanent free plan appeared anywhere on the page. vistasocial.com/pricing, read 18 September 2026
  • Three add-ons were listed under "Optional addons" on every plan: X (Twitter) at $29 a month for publishing, boosting, automations and analytics, Listening at $75 a month to listen across social, web and news beyond tracking your own profiles free, and Employee Advocacy at $199 a month for 25 employees. vistasocial.com/pricing, read 18 September 2026
  • AI credits and DM contacts scale with the plan: the compare table showed 1,000 credits a month and 10,000 DM contacts on Professional, 2,000 and 25,000 on Advanced, and 3,500 and 100,000 on Scale, with Enterprise listed as unlimited credits and customizable contacts. vistasocial.com/pricing, read 18 September 2026
  • The Advanced card listed its extras as advanced planning and workflows, advanced reporting, Zapier and Make integrations, advanced DM Automations, advanced Vista Page features and AI Training and Knowledge, each under "Professional plan features, plus". The Enterprise card added sentiment detection, premium analytics, brand safety and compliance, a dedicated account manager, onboarding and training, custom integrations, quarterly account reviews, data migration and single sign-on. vistasocial.com/pricing, read 18 September 2026

What Vista Social charges, tier by tier

The monthly column is the price billed month to month. The yearly column is the per-month price the page prints for yearly billing, with its own full-year total, and the two do not multiply out because the page rounds the per-month rate. All four tiers were read from vistasocial.com/pricing on 18 September 2026.

What a small business actually pays

Vista Social prices by plan, not by seat, so one and two people land on the same Professional bill. That plan bundles 2 users, and the page lists Extra Users as Customizable with no printed price, so a three person shop sits on Advanced, which bundles 4. A year at the monthly rate is the monthly price times twelve: $79 a month times 12 is $948 a year, and $149 a month times 12 is $1,788 a year. Billed yearly, those become $758 and $1,430 a year.

TeamPlanMonthlyBilled yearlyA year at the monthly rate
One personProfessional$79 a month billed monthly$64 a month, $758 a year billed yearly$948 a year at the monthly rate
Two peopleProfessional$79 a month billed monthly$64 a month, $758 a year billed yearly$948 a year at the monthly rate
Three peopleAdvanced$149 a month billed monthly$120 a month, $1,430 a year billed yearly$1,788 a year at the monthly rate

What the entry plan does not include

X (Twitter) publishing is an add-on on every plan, entry included: the page priced it at $29 a month for publishing, boosting, automations and analytics. Listening beyond your own profiles costs $75 a month, and Employee Advocacy is $199 a month for 25 employees.

Professional also stops at 2 users and 15 social profiles. A third teammate means Advanced or an unlisted per-user add-on, and the features the page lists on the Advanced card, advanced planning and workflows, advanced reporting, Zapier and Make integrations and AI training, do not come with the entry plan. Single sign-on, a dedicated account manager and sentiment detection sit on Enterprise alone.

A 14-day trial, not a free plan

Vista Social lists no permanent free plan. On 18 September 2026 every plan card read Free for 14 days. No credit card required, and each button read Try free for 14-days.

Fourteen days is a clock, not a plan. The trial lets you test before paying, but nothing free survives the two weeks, so the entry price above is the floor once it ends.

Who Vista Social fits, and who it does not

We build SpeedRun Social, and this page prices a competitor, so the stake is said before the numbers. We price Vista Social first and argue for our own product in one paragraph at the end, nothing more.

Vista Social is right when

  • Engagement is most of the working day

Vista Social gathers reviews, comments and DMs into one inbox and adds DM automations, listening and review management on top. A team whose hours go to answering and routing buys a command center, and this is a complete one.

  • Several brands run through one agency desk

Scale carries 70 profiles and 8 users, with Enterprise unlimited above it, plus white label and client profile connect. An agency or multi-brand desk fits this ladder in a way our one business per plan shape does not.

  • The published entry bill is the whole decision

Professional is $79 a month billed monthly, or $64 a month billed yearly, for 2 users and 15 profiles. A buyer past the free tiers whose only measure is the monthly line item has their answer here.

When to look at SpeedRun instead

SpeedRun Social works the other way: it writes and designs the week for one business from that business's website, caption, image and short video together, then waits for an approval before it publishes. It keeps a permanent free plan, 300 credits a month refilled forever, one free campaign a week (3 posts, 1 video, 1 cross-post), no card, watermarked media on free, and paid plans are $49.99, $99.99 and $199.99 a month, flat per workspace and not per user.

This page carries no ratings, no testimonials and no customer counts. We are new, with very few customers, and a score would imply a bake-off nobody ran. Prices move; open the linked page before any number here decides anything.

Questions about the Vista Social price

  • How much does Vista Social cost per month?

On 18 September 2026, vistasocial.com/pricing listed Professional at $79 a month, Advanced at $149 a month and Scale at $379 a month, with Enterprise shown as Custom. Billed yearly the same plans were $64, $120 and $304 a month, printed as $758, $1,430 and $3,638 a year.

  • Does Vista Social have a free plan?

No. It offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and every paid plan button read Try free for 14-days. When the trial ends there is no permanent free tier to fall back to.

  • What does Vista Social cost for a team of two or three?

Two people fit on Professional at $79 a month billed monthly, or $64 a month billed yearly, because that plan bundles 2 users. Three people move to Advanced at $149 a month billed monthly, or $120 a month billed yearly, because Professional holds only 2 users and the page prints no price for extra users.

  • What is not included in the cheapest Vista Social plan?

X (Twitter) publishing is a $29 a month add-on on every plan, Listening beyond your own profiles is $75 a month, and Employee Advocacy is $199 a month for 25 employees. The advanced planning, advanced reporting, Zapier and Make integrations and AI training listed on the Advanced card, plus the single sign-on and dedicated account manager on Enterprise, are not part of Professional.

  • Is Vista Social cheaper if I pay yearly?

Yes. The page labelled yearly billing 20% off. Professional is $758 a year instead of $948 a year at the monthly rate, Advanced is $1,430 a year instead of $1,788, and Scale is $3,638 a year instead of $4,548.
