SocialPilot pricing for a small local business
SocialPilot's entry Essentials plan is $30 a month billed monthly, or $25.50 a month billed annually, for 7 accounts and 1 seat.
Every SocialPilot figure on this page was read from socialpilot.co/plans on 18 September 2026, and each claim links back to it.
SocialPilot prices four paid plans, each with a monthly and an annual rate, plus a custom Enterprise tier. On 18 September 2026 the ladder read Essentials at $30 a month or $25.50 a month billed annually, Standard at $50 a month or $42.50 a month billed annually, Premium at $100 a month or $85 a month billed annually, and Ultimate at $200 a month or $170 a month billed annually (https://www.socialpilot.co/plans).
The number that decides a small team's bill is seats, and SocialPilot bundles them: Essentials covers one seat, Standard covers three. A one-person business fits on Essentials; a two or three-person shop lands on Standard whether it uses two seats or all three.
A note on the two pages: socialpilot.co/pricing shows a cheaper ladder (Essentials at $20 a month with 5 accounts), but the site's own "Pricing" link points to /plans, so that is the ladder this page quotes and the cheaper figure is disclosed below rather than hidden.
Where every number came from
- The plans page listed five plans, each with a monthly price and an annual price marked "Save 15%": Essentials at $30 a month or $25.50 a month billed annually, with 7 accounts, 1 seat and 500 AI credits; Standard at $50 a month or $42.50 a month billed annually, with 15 accounts, 3 seats and 1,000 AI credits; Premium at $100 a month or $85 a month billed annually, with 25 accounts, 6 seats and 5,000 AI credits; and Ultimate at $200 a month or $170 a month billed annually, with 50 accounts, unlimited seats and unlimited AI credits. Enterprise was listed as "Contact Sales". socialpilot.co/plans, read 18 September 2026
- Seats are bundled, not sold per person: the plans page gave Essentials 1 seat, Standard 3, Premium 6 and Ultimate unlimited. On top of the plan price, extra accounts were listed at "$4…per month" and additional users at "$5…per month" on Standard, Premium and Ultimate. socialpilot.co/plans, read 18 September 2026
- No permanent free plan was listed. The page opened with "Start Your Free 14-Day Trial Now", every plan button read "TRY FOR FREE", and a note read "No credit card required". When the 14 days end, the account moves to the paid plan chosen at signup. socialpilot.co/plans, read 18 September 2026
- The feature table showed the social inbox, analytics and team collaboration starting on Standard; bulk scheduling, advanced analytics, client approval and white label reports starting on Premium; and advanced security, advanced white label and a dedicated account manager on Ultimate only. socialpilot.co/plans, read 18 September 2026
- A second pricing page at socialpilot.co/pricing showed a lower ladder on the same date: Essentials at $20 a month with 5 accounts, Standard at $40 a month with 10 accounts, Premium at $100 a month with 20 accounts and Ultimate at $200 a month with 40 accounts. This page quotes the /plans ladder as primary because the site's own "Pricing" navigation link points to /plans, and it names the cheaper /pricing figure here so the lower number is not hidden. socialpilot.co/pricing, read 18 September 2026
What SocialPilot charges, tier by tier
The monthly column is the price billed month to month; the annual column is the per-month price when billed annually, which is the "Save 15%" rate the page marks. Both were read from socialpilot.co/plans on 18 September 2026.
| Plan | Monthly | Billed annually | Accounts | Seats | AI credits |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $30 | $25.50 | 7 | 1 | 500 |
| Standard | $50 | $42.50 | 15 | 3 | 1,000 |
| Premium | $100 | $85 | 25 | 6 | 5,000 |
| Ultimate | $200 | $170 | 50 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | Contact Sales | Custom | Unlimited | Unlimited |
What a small business actually pays
SocialPilot bundles seats instead of charging per person, so two people and three people land on the same Standard bill. The annual totals above are the annual monthly rate times twelve: $25.50 times 12 is $306 a year, and $42.50 times 12 is $510 a year.
| Team | Plan | Monthly | Billed annually | A year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| One person | Essentials | $30 a month billed monthly | $25.50 a month billed annually | $306 a year |
| Two people | Standard | $50 a month billed monthly | $42.50 a month billed annually | $510 a year |
| Three people | Standard | $50 a month billed monthly | $42.50 a month billed annually | $510 a year |
What the entry plan does not include
Essentials stops at scheduling. Its feature list on https://www.socialpilot.co/plans names 7 accounts, one seat, 500 AI credits, the content library and tags, and nothing else. The social inbox, analytics and team collaboration all start one tier up on Standard, and bulk scheduling, advanced analytics, client approval and white label reports wait until Premium.
In practice the entry plan is one person scheduling seven connected accounts. A second or third teammate pushes you to Standard at $50 a month billed monthly, because that is the tier where seats grow from one to three.
A 14-day trial, not a free plan
SocialPilot lists no permanent free plan. On 18 September 2026 the plans page opened with "Start Your Free 14-Day Trial Now", every tier button read "TRY FOR FREE", and a note read "No credit card required". When the 14 days end, the account moves to the paid plan you chose.
The trial is a clock. It lets you test scheduling before paying, but it does not leave you with a free plan to keep, so the entry price above is the floor once the trial ends.

What does the cheapest SocialPilot plan include?
Essentials, at $30 a month billed monthly or $25.50 a month billed annually, covers 7 social accounts, 1 seat and 500 AI credits, plus the content library and tags. The social inbox, analytics and team collaboration are not in it; those start on Standard.
How much does SocialPilot cost for a team of two or three?
Both land on Standard, because it bundles 3 seats. That is $50 a month billed monthly, or $42.50 a month billed annually, which is $510 a year. Two people and three people pay the same Standard bill.
Why do SocialPilot's two pricing pages show different prices?
On 18 September 2026, socialpilot.co/plans showed Essentials at $30 a month with 7 accounts, while socialpilot.co/pricing showed Essentials at $20 a month with 5 accounts. The site's own "Pricing" navigation links to /plans, so this page quotes that ladder and names the cheaper /pricing figure rather than hiding it.
