Agorapulse pricing for a one to three person team
Agorapulse prices per user, and its entry plan is Standard at $99 per user a month billed monthly, or $79 per user a month billed yearly, with 10 social profiles on every tier.
Every Agorapulse figure on this page was read from agorapulse.com/pricing on 18 September 2026, and each claim links back to it.
Agorapulse runs three paid plans and a quote-only Custom tier, and it prices each plan two ways at once, per user. Billed monthly, the page showed Standard at $99 a month, Professional at $149 a month and Advanced at $199 a month (https://www.agorapulse.com/pricing/, read 18 September 2026).
Billed yearly, the same three plans drop to $79, $119 and $149 a month, which works out to $948, $1,428 and $1,788 a year, a saving of $240, $360 and $600 a year against the monthly rate.
The user, not the account, is the billing unit. Every tier bundles 10 social profiles, so the bill scales only with how many people sit in front of it: one person pays the per-user rate, and a three person shop pays three times it.
Where every number came from
- The pricing page carried a Pay monthly and Pay annually toggle and priced every plan per user. Billed monthly, Standard was $99 a month, Professional $149 a month and Advanced $199 a month, with Custom shown as Tailored Pricing behind a Request a demo button. Billed yearly the same three plans were $79 a month, $119 a month and $149 a month, and the page printed the yearly saving as $240 a year, $360 a year and $600 a year. agorapulse.com/pricing, read 18 September 2026
- The page opened with "Free For 30 Days, No Credit Card Required", and its FAQ said that when the trial ends you pick a paid plan or keep using the free plan for as long as you need, with no automatic charges. The pricing page does not print what the free plan includes. agorapulse.com/pricing, read 18 September 2026
- The compare table gave every paid tier 10 social profiles, with Custom listed as unlimited. Data retention ran 6 months on Standard, 12 months on Professional and 24 months on Advanced and Custom, and first response time ran under 6 hours, under 2 hours, under 1 hour and under 30 minutes across the four tiers, with 24/7 support on all of them. agorapulse.com/pricing, read 18 September 2026
- The add-on section listed Advanced Listening, Advocacy and Competitive Benchmarking, each behind a Book a demo button, plus X Lite and X Plus for X (Twitter) publishing behind a Contact us button. None of the five printed a price. agorapulse.com/pricing, read 18 September 2026
- The Standard card limited itself to scheduling and publishing unlimited posts, one inbox for messages and organic comments, and basic reports on the audience and top content with branded export. The page put link in bio, Instagram product tagging, calendar notes, ad comment replies, post and inbox assignments and team performance reports on Professional; labels, saved replies, automated moderation, bulk actions, shared calendars, advanced, ads and ROI reports and competitor benchmarking on Advanced; and unlimited profiles, AI reply suggestions, single sign-on, custom roles, multi-step approvals, historical data import, API access and sentiment analysis on Custom. agorapulse.com/pricing, read 18 September 2026
What Agorapulse charges, tier by tier
The monthly column is the price billed month to month. The yearly column is the per-user rate billed yearly with its own full-year total, derived as the per-user rate times twelve because the page prints the per-user rate and a saving but no year total. Every tier was read from agorapulse.com/pricing on 18 September 2026.
| Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly | Social profiles | Data retention | First response |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $99 | $79 a month, $948 a year | 10 | 6 months | Under 6 hours |
| Professional | $149 | $119 a month, $1,428 a year | 10 | 12 months | Under 2 hours |
| Advanced | $199 | $149 a month, $1,788 a year | 10 | 24 months | Under 1 hour |
| Custom | Custom | Custom | Unlimited | 24 months | Under 30 minutes |
What a small business actually pays
Agorapulse prices per user, so the bill multiplies by headcount. One person on Standard is $99 a month billed monthly, or $79 a month billed yearly, which is $948 a year; a year at the monthly rate is $99 times 12, or $1,188. Two people are $198 a month billed monthly, or $158 a month billed yearly, which is $1,896 a year. Three people are $297 a month billed monthly, or $237 a month billed yearly, which is $2,844 a year. Every tier bundles 10 social profiles, so the seat count is the only thing that scales.
| Team | Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly | A year at the monthly rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| One person | Standard | $99 a month billed monthly | $79 a month, $948 a year billed yearly | $1,188 a year at the monthly rate |
| Two people | Standard | $198 a month billed monthly | $158 a month, $1,896 a year billed yearly | $2,376 a year at the monthly rate |
| Three people | Standard | $297 a month billed monthly | $237 a month, $2,844 a year billed yearly | $3,564 a year at the monthly rate |
What the entry plan does not include
Standard stops at the basics: unlimited post scheduling, one inbox for messages and organic comments, and basic reports with branded export. The five add-ons the page lists below the plans, Advanced Listening, Advocacy, Competitive Benchmarking, X Lite and X Plus, are all quote-only, so they sit outside the entry price.
The tools a larger team reaches for climb the ladder instead. Link in bio, Instagram product tagging, calendar notes, ad comment replies, post and inbox assignments and team performance reports start on Professional; labels, saved replies, automated moderation, bulk actions, shared calendars and the advanced, ads and ROI reports start on Advanced; and single sign-on, custom roles, multi-step approvals, historical data import, API access and sentiment analysis sit on Custom alone.
A 30-day trial, then a free plan
On 18 September 2026 the page opened with Free For 30 Days, No Credit Card Required, and its FAQ said that when the trial ends you pick a paid plan or keep using the free plan for as long as you need, with no automatic charges.
The pricing page does not print what the free plan includes, so there is no free tier limit to quote here. The prices above are the paid plans, and the free plan is a lighter thing the page names but does not itemize.
Who Agorapulse fits, and who it does not
We build SpeedRun Social, and this page prices a competitor, so the stake is said before the numbers. We price Agorapulse first and argue for our own product in one paragraph at the end, nothing more.
Agorapulse is right when
A team whose day is answering the inbox
Agorapulse routes messages, comments and reviews into one inbox and adds moderation, saved replies and assignments as you climb. A staffed team buying coordination, not just a scheduler, gets its money's worth here.
A desk that needs the ceiling to be high
Every tier bundles 10 social profiles, and Custom lifts that to unlimited with single sign-on, custom roles and multi-step approvals. An agency or enterprise that outgrows the named plans has a quote-only tier waiting.
A buyer who wants the entry bill, nothing else
Standard is $99 a month per user billed monthly, or $79 a month billed yearly. A solo operator whose only measure is the monthly line item has their number here.
When to look at SpeedRun instead
SpeedRun Social works the other way: it writes and designs the week for one business from that business's website, caption, image and short video together, then waits for an approval before it publishes. It keeps a permanent free plan, 300 credits a month refilled forever, one free campaign a week (3 posts, 1 video, 1 cross-post), no card, watermarked media on free. Paid plans are $49.99, $99.99 and $199.99 a month, flat per workspace and not per user, with image and video generation included on every tier.
This page carries no ratings, no testimonials and no customer counts. We are new, with very few customers, and a score would imply a bake-off nobody ran. Prices move; open the linked page before any number here decides anything.
