Ranked for martial arts schools

Best social media tools for martial arts schools in 2026

Seven tools ranked by how much of the week's footage survives into a published feed, each priced from the vendor's own page on one named date, with the two questions a martial arts school owner actually asks answered before the ranking, by a company that sells one of the seven.

Ours is entry two, not entry one. It starts free every week: 3 posts, 1 video, 1 cross-post, plus 300 credits a month refilled forever. No card asked for, and free-plan media carries a small watermark.

The belt test ends at noon Saturday. By Monday the footage is still on a parent's phone, because the only person free to post it is the one teaching the next class. Seven tools, ranked by how much of that week survives into a published feed; Ocoya leads at $29 a month billed monthly (ocoya.com/pricing, read 15 September 2026).

Second place is ours. SpeedRun Social writes like a school, with captions grounded in your brand kit, a generated image, and a short video cut from the footage your phone already filmed, and it holds every one of them for your approval before anything publishes. It posts to Google Business Profile too, where a parent searching "kids martial arts near me" actually looks. Every figure below was read off the vendor's own page on 15 September 2026.

These seven are not one kind of software. Three generate the caption and the media, and four are schedulers that publish whatever your phone filmed. Each entry names its kind above its price, so you can skip the rows that answer a different question than the one you asked, and the order below ranks them by how much of the week's footage survives into a published feed.

The two questions, answered at a glance

The same seven tools, read the way the opening questions ask them to be read. A cell says what the vendor's own pricing page said on 15 September 2026, never more.

The seven tools, ranked

Every priced claim below links to the vendor page it was read from and the date it was read. Where a vendor publishes a monthly price and an annual one, both are quoted.

  1. Ocoya

    AI content generator

The cheapest caption and schedule for a photo-led feed

It makes the caption and the image together and schedules them on its cheapest tier, and at $29 a month billed monthly that is the smallest number on this page for a tool that does both. A martial arts school's post is a belt-test photo or a sparring still with two sentences on it, and Ocoya is built for exactly that shape. What it does not do, on the page read, is name short-video generation, so the clip a school's feed runs on still needs a human and a second tool, and its captions are not grounded in your school's voice, so they read generic until you rewrite them.

What it costs at one location
Its plan cards listed Starter at $29 a month billed monthly or $290 a year billed yearly for 1 user, 5 social profiles and 300 credits, Team at $79 a month billed monthly or $790 a year billed yearly for 5 users and 20 profiles, and Agency at $199 a month billed monthly or $1,990 a year billed yearly for 20 users and 100 profiles. The yearly figures are the page's own two-months-free rates, and every tier's call to action is a 7-day free trial. ocoya.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026
    Best for
A martial arts school whose phone already holds the belt-test photos and which wants the caption and the queue handled for the smallest monthly number, and which is fine writing the school's voice in by hand.

    Honest limitation

There is no free plan, only a 7-day trial, which is a thin window when a school's best footage lands on a parent's phone on a Saturday and the week is already gone by Wednesday. Its pricing page lists Google Business among its footer integrations, but it does not name short-video generation anywhere on that page, and its captions are not grounded in your school's brand, so they read generic until you rewrite them. ocoya.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026

  2. SpeedRun Social

    our product

    AI content generator

The one that writes like your dojo and cuts the short video

It reads your website into a brand kit, then writes the caption in your school's voice, generates the image and cuts a short video around the belt test or sparring clip your phone filmed, and every post waits in an approval queue until you release it. It posts to Google Business Profile too, where a parent searching "kids martial arts near me" looks. Disclosure: this is our product and this is our list, and Ocoya sits above it because a school's two-sentence caption does not need our brand-kit grounding the way a longer one might, and Ocoya charges less for the simple version.

What it costs at one location
Free plan: 300 credits a month refilled forever, one free campaign a week (3 posts, 1 video, 1 cross-post), no card, watermarked media on free. Paid plans are $49.99, $99.99 and $199.99 a month billed monthly, or $39.99, $79.99 and $159.99 a month billed annually. speedrunsocial.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026
    Best for
A martial arts school that wants the weekend's footage turned into a caption, an image and a short video with the school's vocabulary already in it, and which wants to watch a real week of its own posts appear before paying anything.

    Honest limitation

It costs more than Ocoya for a photo-led feed, and nothing in it chases a review from a parent, so the Google review loop stays somebody's job here. Free-plan media carries a watermark, we are the youngest company on this page, and a school that wants the cheapest possible caption and schedule should look at Ocoya first, while one that already films its own clips and only needs them queued should look at Publer or Buffer. speedrunsocial.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026

  3. Predis.ai

    AI content generator

Most generated video per dollar, if you press publish

It turns a line of text into images, carousels and short video with captions attached, and a school's belt test could become a reel without touching a design tool. The catch is in the tier list, not the headline number, and it is spelled out in the limitation beside this.

What it costs at one location
The page opens on Annually with a 30% off badge. Billed annually, Core read $24 a month, Rise $55 a month and Enterprise+ $212 a month; billed monthly the same three read $32, $79 and $249. Core carries 1,300 credits a month, which the page translates as about 86 images or 9 videos, with 1 brand and no automatic posting. Rise carries 3,200 credits and auto posting, and Enterprise+ carries 10,000 credits. Every plan starts with 7 days free, and the page says a card is taken to start the trial. predis.ai/pricing, checked 15 September 2026
    Best for
A martial arts school that wants a month of reels and carousels for the lowest possible price, and which already has somewhere to post them.

    Honest limitation

The cheapest tier will not post for you: Core lists no automatic posting, and auto posting starts at Rise, $79 a month billed monthly or $55 billed annually. The page shows no permanent free plan, only 7 free days that charge a card at the end, and its images and video are not grounded in your school's brand, so the clips it guesses may not be the ones your students actually appear in. predis.ai/pricing, checked 15 September 2026

  4. Buffer

    Scheduler

The smallest step from a phone camera roll to a queue

A calendar, a queue and very little standing between the two. For a school already filming sparring clips on a phone, this is the shortest distance to a posting schedule, and its free tier can carry a single location indefinitely without ever becoming a bill. It reaches Google Business Profile as a first-class channel, which is where a parent searching for a school actually looks.

What it costs at one location
Its page printed both billing modes. With Monthly selected, Essentials read $6 a month per channel and Team read $12 a month per channel, both billed monthly. With Yearly selected, Essentials read $5 a month per channel billed as $60 a year and Team read $10 a month per channel billed as $120 a year. The free plan covers up to 3 channels with 10 scheduled posts per channel, 100 ideas and 1 user, and Google Business Profiles are included in paid plans. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial. buffer.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026
    Best for
A martial arts school whose only real problem is that posting is manual, and which would rather not learn a second piece of software this year.

    Honest limitation

It creates no images or video and writes no caption, so somebody at the school still has to film the clip and draft the two sentences. Billing is per channel, so a second location's Facebook page is a second bill. buffer.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026

  5. Publer

    Scheduler

The cheapest queue, and it posts to Google

A scheduler priced per social account rather than per seat, which suits a school running one Facebook page and a Google listing. Its plans page names Google Business among the things it publishes, so the sparring clip can go to the profile a parent reaches through a "kids martial arts near me" search rather than only to a feed.

What it costs at one location
Its plans page prints both billing modes inside the same card. Professional read $5.00 a month billed monthly or $4.00 a month billed yearly, and Business read $10.00 a month or $8.00, with a 7-day and a 14-day trial respectively. A free forever tier is listed at $0.00 with 1 user, 3 social accounts excluding X, 10 scheduled posts per account and 24-hour post history. Enterprise is billed yearly and quoted on request. publer.com/plans, checked 15 September 2026
    Best for
A martial arts school whose phone does film the class, and which wants the queue handled for a few dollars a month instead of posted at nine at night.

    Honest limitation

It generates no images and no video, so an empty camera roll stays an empty calendar, and it writes no caption either, so the two sentences still have to come from somewhere. Pricing is per social account, and the page notes that for every 9 accounts the 10th is free, a scale a single school reaches only by running several branded profiles. publer.com/plans, checked 15 September 2026

  6. Metricool

    Scheduler and analytics

Scheduling plus the numbers, and Google in the list

A scheduler with analytics and competitor tracking attached, and Google Business Profile named on the pricing page itself. A school that wants to know whether a term of posting moves trial bookings, rather than only that it happened, is paying for the reporting half as much as the publishing half.

What it costs at one location
Its plans page prints both billing ladders and carries a save up to 24% annual label. The dearer ladder, billed monthly, listed Starter from $25 a month for 5 brands, and Advanced from $67 a month for 15 brands up to $210 for 50. The cheaper ladder, billed annually, listed the same tiers at $20 and then $53 up to $159. A free tier is listed at $0 covering 1 brand, every network except LinkedIn and X, up to 20 scheduled posts a month and 30 days of analytics. metricool.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026
    Best for
A martial arts school large enough to care whether the posts move anything, with somebody willing to read a monthly report.

    Honest limitation

It makes no images or video and writes no caption either, and its entry ladder starts at five brands, which is four more than a single school usually has, so the cheapest paid tier is priced for an agency and sold to one location at the same number. The free tier caps scheduling at 20 posts a month and leaves out LinkedIn and X. metricool.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026

  7. Vista Social

    Scheduler and management

The agency-style suite, priced for a team

A full management suite with a social inbox, review monitoring and listening, sized for an agency or a multi-location brand rather than a single school. It publishes to most networks, but its pricing page's integration list stops short of Google Business Profile, which is the listing a parent searching for a school actually reaches.

What it costs at one location
Its plan cards printed both billing modes. Professional read $79 a month billed monthly or $64 a month billed yearly, for 15 social profiles and 2 users. Advanced read $149 a month or $120, for 30 profiles and 4 users. Scale read $349 a month or $304, for 70 profiles and 8 users. The yearly figures are billed as $758, $1,430 and $3,638 a year. Every tier carries a 14-day free trial with no card required, and Enterprise is priced on request. vistasocial.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026
    Best for
A martial arts chain with several locations and a staff member who manages social full time, rather than an owner teaching the next class.

    Honest limitation

Its cheapest paid tier starts at $79 a month billed monthly, which is more than three times Ocoya's entry and more than our Starter, and it is sized for 15 social profiles and 2 users, far more than a single school runs. Its pricing page's integration list does not name Google Business Profile, and like every scheduler here it makes no caption and no video of its own. vistasocial.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026

How this list was ranked

The stake first: we build SpeedRun Social, it is entry two of seven, and Ocoya, an AI content generator we do not own, sits above it. A vendor's roundup earns a school owner's time only when the stake is stated before the ranking rather than under it, so it is said here.

Every figure on this page was read off the vendor's own pricing page on 15 September 2026 in a real browser, and the address bar was checked against the address requested before a single number was written down. Nothing was restated from a review site, another roundup or an assistant's answer.

Billing modes are named wherever a price appears. Ocoya, Predis.ai and Buffer print a monthly figure and a discounted yearly figure, and both are quoted. Publer, Metricool and Vista Social print both ladders on the same card, and both are quoted. Our own ladder is quoted in both modes for the same reason.

The ranking rule is specific to a school whose best marketing is footage. A belt test, a sparring round and a kata filmed on a parent's phone are the strongest ads the school has, and they die if nobody turns them into a feed. The order runs on how much of that week survives into a published feed, whether it writes like the trade and posts for you, and then what the cheapest plan that does it costs at one location.

The two questions the page opens with cut the list in half. Does it write like my trade separates the three generators from the four schedulers, which publish whatever you film but write nothing. Does it post for me, and does it make the short video, separates ours and Predis.ai from a scheduler that still needs a human to queue the clip. Ocoya answers the first at the lowest price and leads for that reason.

No stars, no scores, no customer counts, ours least of all. Every claim links to the page it came from with the date it was read. Open the links before any of this decides a purchase.

The honest part

Ocoya is the better choice if your captions are short and your feed is photo-led. It makes the caption, the image and the schedule for $29 a month billed monthly, which is less than our cheapest paid plan, and a school whose belt-test photo already does the selling does not need our brand grounding to post "new white belts, Saturday." We rank it first for exactly that reason, and we are not the cheapest way to a school's feed.

Predis.ai is the better choice if you want the most generated media per dollar and will press publish yourself. And if you already write your own captions and just need the week's clips queued, Publer or Buffer queues them for a few dollars a month, which is less than any generator on this page.

What we will not claim: no ratings, no customer counts, no trusted-by list, no guarantee that any of this fills a schedule. We are the youngest company on this page. The one thing we can say plainly is that this list hands the top slot to a rival and tells you which rivals beat us on price, because a list that did neither would be the kind of marketing a school owner should skip.

Questions martial arts schools ask about this list

  • What is the best social media tool for a martial arts school?

Ocoya, for a school whose post is a belt-test photo with two sentences on it: it makes the caption and the schedule together, and its entry tier was $29 a month billed monthly on 15 September 2026. If you want the caption written in your own school's voice, a short video cut from your footage, and every post held for approval before it ships, SpeedRun Social, our own product, does all three and starts free with no card. A school that already films its own clips and only needs them queued should look at Publer or Buffer first.

  • Which of these writes captions a martial arts school can actually post?

Three generate the words: SpeedRun Social, Ocoya and Predis.ai. SpeedRun Social grounds each caption in your brand kit and holds every post for approval, which keeps a style name or a student's name from shipping before you have read it; that is our product and this is our list. Ocoya and Predis.ai generate captions but leave the rewrite to you. Buffer, Publer, Metricool and Vista Social write nothing.

  • Do any of these make a short video from my class footage?

Two do: SpeedRun Social cuts a short video from the footage your phone filmed, and Predis.ai turns text into video and carousels. On the page read on 15 September 2026, Ocoya's pricing page listed Create and Design Studio but did not name short-video generation, and the four schedulers post a video you already made rather than make one. If the belt test and the sparring clips are your best ads, that column is the one to read first.

  • Do any of these post to my Google Business Profile?

It matters for a school, because a parent searching "kids martial arts near me" finds the Google listing before the feed. On the pages read on 15 September 2026, Buffer listed Google Business Profiles as included in paid plans, Publer named Google Business among the things it publishes, Metricool named Google Business Profile on its pricing page, Ocoya listed Google Business in its footer integrations, and ours publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Google Business Profile, and WordPress. Predis.ai's pricing page did not name it, and Vista Social's integration list did not either. Check the vendor's own integrations page before buying on this point, because a pricing page is not an integration list.

  • Is there a free social media tool for a martial arts school?

Four on this list keep permanent free plans rather than countdowns. Publer's is free forever with 3 social accounts and 10 scheduled posts per account. Buffer's covers 3 channels with 10 scheduled posts per channel. Metricool's covers 1 brand and up to 20 scheduled posts a month. Ours is 300 credits a month refilled forever, one free campaign a week (3 posts, 1 video, 1 cross-post), no card, watermarked media on free. Vista Social runs a 14-day trial, and Ocoya and Predis.ai run 7-day ones.

  • What is the cheapest social media tool for a martial arts school?

On the pages read on 15 September 2026, the cheapest paid plan of any kind was Publer Professional at $5.00 a month billed monthly or $4.00 a month billed yearly for one social account, followed by Buffer Essentials at $6 a month per channel billed monthly or $5 a month billed yearly. The cheapest way to have the caption and the image made for you was Ocoya Starter at $29 a month billed monthly. Four tools on this list keep a permanent free tier: Publer, Buffer, Metricool and ours.

  • Why do the video makers rank above the schedulers here?

Because of how a martial arts school actually gets found. The footage is already the strongest ad the school has: the belt test, the sparring round, the kata, filmed by a parent and forgotten. A scheduler posts what already exists, and a martial arts school's problem is turning the footage that already exists into a feed, which is why the generators lead and the schedulers follow.

Put one week of your school through two

Two tools on this page keep plans that cost nothing and never expire, so the cheapest way to settle it is a week of your own classes and belt-test clips in both, side by side. Ours has no countdown, and approval stays switched on until you turn it off.

Every vendor figure on this page was read on 15 September 2026, and the link beside each one is there so a school can open the page and check today's number before it buys.
