Ranked for chiropractic clinics

Best social media tools for chiropractors in 2026

Eight tools ranked by how much public marketing each one produces from a visit that leaves nothing new to photograph, each priced from the vendor's own page on one named date, with the two questions a chiropractic clinic actually asks answered before the ranking, by a company that sells one of the eight.

Ours is entry two, not entry one. It starts free every week: 3 posts, 1 video, 1 cross-post, plus 300 credits a month refilled forever. No card asked for, and free-plan media carries a small watermark.

A spine that moves and a room photographed often: what does a chiropractic clinic post? Before paying for software it asks two questions. Does it write like my trade, and does it post for me? NiceJob answers the second, turning each finished care plan into a published review at $75 a month billed monthly (get.nicejob.com/pricing, 15 September 2026).

SpeedRun Social, our own product, is second, and it is the entry that answers the first question: it writes chiropractic captions that describe the visit and never promise the result, generates the image, and holds every post for approval so a claim cannot ship. It posts to Google Business Profile too, which is where a patient with a stiff morning actually looks. Every figure below was read off the vendor's own page on 15 September 2026.

These eight are not one kind of software. One is a reputation tool that turns finished care plans into reviews, three generate the post itself, and the rest are schedulers and suites that publish whatever the front desk photographs. Each entry names its kind above its price, so you can skip the rows that answer a different question than the one you asked, and the order below ranks them by how much marketing each produces from a visit that leaves nothing new to photograph.

The two questions, answered at a glance

The same eight tools, read the way the opening questions ask them to be read. A cell says what the vendor's own pricing page said on 15 September 2026, never more.

The eight tools, ranked

Every priced claim below links to the vendor page it was read from and the date it was read. Where a vendor publishes a monthly price and an annual one, both are quoted.

  1. NiceJob

    Reputation software

Public proof from visits nobody can photograph

Nothing else here turns the invisible result of a chiropractic visit into marketing. Close the care plan and the software asks the patient for a review, then publishes the best ones to your Google page and your site. A clinic hired off a search after a stiff morning, more than off a feed, gets the most from that loop, which is the rule this page ranks by.

What it costs at one location
Its plan cards listed Starter at $75 a month and Pro at $125 a month, both billed monthly with no annual rate printed anywhere on the page. A Sites website product was priced separately at $99 a month plus a one-time $199 setup. The page offers a 14-day free trial and states no contracts, and an Enterprise tier is priced on request. get.nicejob.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026
    Best for
A chiropractic clinic with a full recall list and a stack of finished care plans that has never systematically asked for a review, where the books are healthy but the Google listing is thin.

    Honest limitation

It publishes a review, not a post: the room, the team and the table still need a caption and a photo somewhere else, because nothing on its pricing page writes a caption or generates an image. At $75 a month billed monthly it is also the priciest single entry tier on this list, and a clinic that has never collected a review has little for the software to turn into proof yet. get.nicejob.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026

  2. SpeedRun Social

    our product

    AI content generator

The one that writes like the trade and holds it for approval

It reads your website into a brand kit, then writes the caption, generates the image and cuts a short video around a photo of the room your front desk uploads, and every post waits in an approval queue until you release it. The queue is where a caption drifting from describing care into promising relief gets caught, which is the part a chiropractic clinic cannot skip. Disclosure: this is our product and this is our list, and NiceJob sits above it because a review needs no photo at all while a post still needs someone to photograph the room first.

What it costs at one location
Free plan: 300 credits a month refilled forever, one free campaign a week (3 posts, 1 video, 1 cross-post), no card, watermarked media on free. Paid plans are $49.99, $99.99 and $199.99 a month billed monthly, or $39.99, $79.99 and $159.99 a month billed annually. speedrunsocial.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026
    Best for
A chiropractic clinic whose feed goes quiet between visits because nobody photographs the same room, and which wants to watch a real week of its own posts appear before paying anything.

    Honest limitation

Nothing in it asks a patient from a finished care plan for a review or watches what they write about you afterward, so the loop the tool ranked above runs stays somebody's job here. Free-plan media carries a watermark, we are the youngest company on this page, and a clinic that wants reviews chased ahead of posts made should look at NiceJob first. speedrunsocial.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026

  3. Ocoya

    AI content generator

Generated posts for less, if you check the caption yourself

It generates the image and the caption together and schedules them on its cheapest tier, which after a price change now starts at $29 a month billed monthly, less than our cheapest paid plan. Its pricing page's footer lists Google Business among its integrations, so the posting can reach the map listing a clinic is found on first. What it does not do is know chiropractic law, and nothing in it holds a caption back for a compliance read before it ships.

What it costs at one location
Its plan cards listed Starter at $29 a month billed monthly or $290 a year billed yearly for 1 user, 5 social profiles and 300 credits, Team at $79 a month billed monthly or $790 a year billed yearly for 5 users and 20 profiles, and Agency at $199 a month billed monthly or $1,990 a year billed yearly for 20 users and 100 profiles. The yearly figures are the page's own two-months-free rates, and every tier's call to action is a 7-day free trial. ocoya.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026
    Best for
A chiropractic clinic that wants generated images and captions for the smallest monthly number, and already has someone reading every caption for the sentence that promises relief.

    Honest limitation

There is no free plan, only a 7-day trial, which is a thin window in a trade where a lapsed patient can take months to return. Nothing in it holds a caption back for the compliance read a chiropractic clinic cannot skip, so the sentence that drifts from describing care into promising relief is yours to catch before it publishes. ocoya.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026

  4. Predis.ai

    AI content generator

Most generated media per dollar, if you press publish

It turns a line of text into images, carousels and short video with captions attached, and its cheapest tier buys more generated media than anything else here. The catch is in the tier list, not the headline number, and it is spelled out in the limitation beside this.

What it costs at one location
The page opens on Annually with a 30% off badge. Billed annually, Core read $24 a month, Rise $55 a month and Enterprise+ $212 a month; billed monthly the same three read $32, $79 and $249. Core carries 1,300 credits a month, which the page translates as about 86 images or 9 videos, with 1 brand and no automatic posting. Rise carries 3,200 credits and up to 4 brands with auto posting, and Enterprise+ carries 10,000 credits. Every plan starts with 7 days free, and the page states it takes a card to start the trial. predis.ai/pricing, checked 15 September 2026
    Best for
A chiropractic clinic happy to publish by hand, or already paying for a scheduler, that wants a month of room-and-table graphics for the lowest possible price.

    Honest limitation

The cheapest tier will not post for you: Core lists no automatic posting, and auto posting starts at Rise, $79 a month billed monthly or $55 billed annually. The page shows no permanent free plan, only 7 free days, and it states it takes a card to start the trial. Nothing in it knows chiropractic law, so a clinic still needs a human to read each caption for the sentence that promises relief before it ships. predis.ai/pricing, checked 15 September 2026

  5. Publer

    Scheduler

The cheapest queue, and it posts to Google

A scheduler priced per social account rather than per seat, which suits a chiropractic clinic running one Facebook page and a Google listing. Its plans page names Google Business among the things it publishes, so a photo of the room can go to the profile a patient reaches through a local search rather than only to a feed.

What it costs at one location
Its plans page prints both billing modes inside the same card. Professional read $5.00 a month billed monthly or $4.00 a month billed yearly, and Business read $10.00 a month or $8.00, with a 7-day and a 14-day trial respectively. A free forever tier is listed at $0.00 with 1 user, 3 social accounts excluding X, 10 scheduled posts per account and 24-hour post history. Enterprise is billed yearly and quoted on request. publer.com/plans, checked 15 September 2026
    Best for
A chiropractic clinic whose front desk does photograph the room, and which wants the queue handled for a few dollars a month instead of posted at nine at night.

    Honest limitation

It generates no images and no video, so an empty camera roll stays an empty calendar, and it writes no caption either. Pricing is per social account, and the page notes that for every 9 accounts the 10th is free, a scale a single-location clinic reaches only if it runs several branded profiles. publer.com/plans, checked 15 September 2026

  6. Buffer

    Scheduler

The smallest step from a phone camera roll to a queue

A calendar, a queue and very little standing between the two. For a front desk already photographing the room on a phone, this is the shortest distance to a posting schedule, and its free tier can carry a single location indefinitely without ever becoming a bill. It reaches Google Business Profile as a first-class channel, which is where a patient with a stiff morning actually looks.

What it costs at one location
Its page defaulted to yearly billing and printed Essentials at $5 a month per channel billed as $60 a year, and Team at $10 a month per channel billed as $120 a year, with the yearly option labelled save 2 months. The monthly-selected figure could not be confirmed on this read. The free plan covers up to 3 channels with 10 scheduled posts per channel, and Google Business Profiles are included in paid plans. buffer.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026
    Best for
A chiropractic clinic whose only real problem is that posting is manual, and which would rather not learn a second piece of software this year.

    Honest limitation

It creates no images or video and writes no caption, so somebody at the clinic still has to photograph the room and draft the words. Billing is per channel, so a second location's Facebook page is a second bill, and because this read could not confirm the monthly-billed figure, a clinic that pays month to month should read buffer.com/pricing directly before assuming the annual figure applies. buffer.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026

  7. Metricool

    Scheduler and analytics

Scheduling plus the numbers, and Google in the list

A scheduler with analytics and competitor tracking attached, and Google Business Profile named on the pricing page itself. A chiropractic clinic that wants to know whether posting moves anything, rather than only that it happened, is paying for the reporting half as much as the publishing half.

What it costs at one location
Its plans page prints both billing ladders and carries a save up to 24% annual label. The dearer ladder, billed monthly, listed Starter from $25 a month for 5 brands, and Advanced from $67 a month for 15 brands up to $210 for 50. The cheaper ladder, billed annually, listed the same tiers at $20 and then $53 up to $159. A free tier is listed at $0 covering 1 brand, every network except LinkedIn and X, up to 20 scheduled posts a month and 30 days of analytics. metricool.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026
    Best for
A chiropractic practice large enough to care whether the posts move anything, with somebody willing to read a monthly report.

    Honest limitation

It makes no images or video and writes no caption either, and its entry ladder starts at five brands, which is four more than a chiropractic clinic usually has, so the cheapest paid tier is priced for an agency and sold to a single location at the same number. The free tier caps scheduling at 20 posts a month and leaves out LinkedIn and X. metricool.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026

  8. Vista Social

    Social media suite

Reviews and an inbox, but priced for an agency

A full suite with review monitoring, a social inbox and reply tools, which is the half a front desk would actually use, but its entry tier starts at fifteen social profiles and two users, and it omits Google Business Profile from the integrations it lists. A single-location clinic pays for agency capacity it will not use, and the review tools watch reviews rather than chase a care-plan patient to leave one.

What it costs at one location
Its plan cards listed Professional at $79 a month billed monthly or $758 a year billed yearly for 15 social profiles and 2 users, Advanced at $149 a month or $1,430 a year for 30 profiles and 4 users, and Scale at $349 a month or $3,638 a year for 70 profiles and 8 users. The page offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and Enterprise is priced on request. vistasocial.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026
    Best for
A multi-location chiropractic group that wants reviews, an inbox and publishing under one login, and has the profile count to fill the entry tier.

    Honest limitation

Google Business Profile is absent from the integrations its pricing page lists, so the posting lands on the feeds a clinic is found on second rather than the map listing a stiff morning search starts with. It generates no image, its entry tier prices agency capacity a single location will not fill, and the review tools monitor what is already there rather than ask a finished care plan for one. vistasocial.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026

How this list was ranked

The stake first: we build SpeedRun Social, it is entry two of eight, and NiceJob, a reputation tool we do not own, sits above it. A vendor's roundup earns a chiropractic clinic's time only when the stake is stated before the ranking rather than under it, so it is said here.

Every figure on this page was read off the vendor's own pricing page on 15 September 2026 in a real browser, and the address bar was checked against the address requested before a single number was written down. Nothing was restated from a review site, another roundup or an assistant's answer. Several figures moved since our sibling lists were written, so none of those older numbers were reused.

Billing modes are named wherever a price appears. Predis.ai and Vista Social open on an annual discount and print a monthly figure beside it, and both are quoted. Ocoya prints a monthly figure and a discounted yearly figure, and both are quoted. Buffer's page defaulted to yearly billing and would not show its monthly-billed figure to this read, so its entry quotes the yearly numbers and says the monthly ones could not be confirmed. NiceJob publishes a monthly figure only. Our own ladder is quoted in both modes for the same reason.

The ranking rule is chiropractic-specific. The trade's work happens to a patient, not to a visible object: a visit runs about fifteen minutes and repeats weekly, and the after picture is the same table in the same room. A patient who wakes up stiff searches rather than scrolls, and a caption that drifts from describing care into promising relief is a state-board problem, not a typo. So the order runs on how much public marketing a tool produces from a visit that leaves nothing new to photograph, whether it writes like the trade and posts for you, and then what the cheapest plan that does it costs at one location. That is why a review tool leads this list, why our own content generator sits second, and why the schedulers follow.

The two questions the page opens with cut the list in half. Does it write like my trade separates the generators from the schedulers, which publish whatever the front desk photographs but write nothing. Does it post for me separates NiceJob, which publishes reviews on its own, from a scheduler that still needs a human to queue the photo. Vista Social answers neither in the way this page means, and it is ranked accordingly, not skipped.

No stars, no scores, no customer counts, ours least of all. Every claim links to the page it came from with the date it was read. Prices move, so open the links before any of this decides a purchase.

The honest part

NiceJob is the better choice if your real problem is that finished care plans never turn into anything a new patient can find. It asks for the review and publishes it without a photo of anything. We do not chase reviews at all, and a clinic whose phone should ring after every finished plan should start there, not here.

Ocoya and Predis.ai are the better choice if you want generated images and captions for less money than ours and you are comfortable writing the compliance check yourself. Our approval queue exists precisely because a chiropractic caption is regulated in ways a caption generator does not know, and a clinic with someone already reading every post may not need to pay us to be the safety rail.

What we will not claim: no ratings, no customer counts, no trusted-by list, no guarantee that any of this fills a schedule. We are the youngest company on this page. The one thing we can say plainly is that this list hands the top slot to a rival and tells you which rivals beat us on price, because a list that did neither would be the kind of marketing a clinic should skip.

Questions chiropractic clinics ask about this list

  • What is the best social media tool for a chiropractic clinic?

NiceJob, for a chiropractic clinic whose finished care plans never turn into anything a new patient can find: it asks every completed plan for a review and publishes the best ones to your Google page, and its entry tier was $75 a month billed monthly on 15 September 2026. If the empty feed itself is the problem, SpeedRun Social, our own product, writes the caption, generates the image and cuts a short video around a photo of the room each week, starting free with no card. A clinic that already photographs the room and only needs it queued should look at Publer or Buffer first.

  • Which of these writes captions a chiropractic clinic can actually post?

Three generate the words: SpeedRun Social, Ocoya and Predis.ai. SpeedRun Social grounds each caption in your brand kit and holds every post for approval, which is the part that keeps a sentence promising relief from shipping; that is our product and this is our list. Ocoya and Predis.ai generate captions but leave the compliance read to you. Publer, Buffer and Metricool write nothing, Vista Social carries an AI assistant, and NiceJob writes review requests rather than posts.

  • Do any of these post to my Google Business Profile?

This matters more for chiropractors than for most trades, because a patient who wakes up stiff searches rather than scrolls. On the pages read on 15 September 2026, Publer named Google Business among the things it publishes, Buffer listed Google Business Profiles as included in paid plans, Metricool named Google Business Profile on its pricing page, Ocoya listed Google Business in its footer integrations, and ours publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Google Business Profile, and WordPress. Predis.ai's and Vista Social's pricing pages did not list it. Check the vendor's own integrations page before buying on this point, because a pricing page is not an integration list.

  • Is there a free social media tool for chiropractors?

Four on this list keep permanent free plans rather than countdowns. Publer's is free forever with 3 social accounts and 10 scheduled posts per account. Buffer's covers 3 channels with 10 scheduled posts per channel. Metricool's covers 1 brand and up to 20 scheduled posts a month. Ours is 300 credits a month refilled forever, one free campaign a week (3 posts, 1 video, 1 cross-post), no card, watermarked media on free. NiceJob and Vista Social run 14-day trials, and Ocoya and Predis.ai run 7-day ones, with Predis.ai taking a card to start.

  • What is the cheapest social media tool for a chiropractic clinic?

On the pages read on 15 September 2026, the cheapest paid plan of any kind was Publer Professional at $5.00 a month billed monthly or $4.00 billed yearly for one social account, followed by Buffer Essentials at $5 a month per channel billed yearly (its monthly figure could not be confirmed). The cheapest way to have the pictures made for you was Ocoya Starter at $29 a month billed monthly. Four tools on this list keep a permanent free tier: Publer, Buffer, Metricool and ours.

  • Why does a review tool rank above tools that make posts?

Because of how a chiropractic clinic actually gets hired. The work happens to a patient, not to a visible object: a visit runs about fifteen minutes and repeats, and the after picture is the same table in the same room, so a photo carries less than a patient's own words that they kept coming back. A review sits on your Google listing permanently and needs nobody to have photographed the right moment, so a tool that turns a closed plan into a published review wins the measure this page ranks by. Our own product is second under that same rule, and it is our rule.

  • How much should a chiropractic clinic budget for this?

Budget roughly $5 to $75 a month for the marketing half of a chiropractic clinic's software, on the figures read on 15 September 2026. The floor is Publer Professional at $5.00 a month billed monthly, and NiceJob sits at the top of that range at $75 a month billed monthly. Our own Starter plan lands in between at $49.99 a month billed monthly or $39.99 billed annually. Two tools refuse that tidy range: Vista Social prices agency capacity rather than one clinic's marketing, and Ocoya's Starter tier opens at $29 a month billed monthly, priced for what the tool generates rather than the size of your practice.

Try it on your own clinic

The free plans and trials above exist so a chiropractic clinic can put one real week through two tools and compare what comes out. Ours is the entry with no countdown on it, and every post waits for your approval until you turn that off.

Every vendor figure on this page was read on 15 September 2026. Prices move; the links exist so you can check theirs and ours.
