Ranked for window cleaning businesses

Best social media tools for window cleaning businesses in 2026

Seven tools ranked by how much public marketing each one produces from a before-and-after pane, each priced from the vendor's own page on one named date, by a company that sells one of the seven.

Ours is entry two, not entry one. It starts free every week: 3 posts, 1 video, 1 cross-post, plus 300 credits a month refilled forever. No card asked for, and free-plan media carries a small watermark.

Take the before shot while the glass is still streaked, because a window cleaner's best ad is the pane nobody wiped twice. The problem is the gap between that photo and a posted update, and these seven tools are ranked on closing it. Ocoya leads: caption and schedule for $29 a month billed monthly, read 18 September 2026.

Second place is ours. SpeedRun Social reads your website into a brand kit, then writes the caption, generates the image and cuts a short video of the clear pane, and holds every post for your approval before anything publishes. It posts to Google Business Profile too, where a homeowner searching "window cleaner near me" actually looks. Every figure below was read off the vendor's own page on 18 September 2026.

These seven are not one kind of software. Three generate the post itself, one turns finished jobs into reviews, and three are schedulers that publish whatever your phone photographed. Each entry names its kind above its price, so you can skip the rows that answer a different question than the one you asked, and the order below ranks them by how much marketing each produces from a before-and-after pane.

What each tool actually does, at a glance

The same seven tools, read against the six cells that decide a window cleaner's choice. A cell says what the vendor's own pricing page said on 18 September 2026, never more.

The seven tools, ranked

Every priced claim below links to the vendor page it was read from and the date it was read. Where a vendor publishes a monthly price and an annual one, both are quoted.

  1. Ocoya

    AI content generator

The cheapest caption and schedule for a photo-led feed

It makes the caption and the image together and schedules them on its cheapest tier, and at $29 a month billed monthly that is the smallest number on this page for a tool that does both. A window cleaner's post is a before-and-after photo with two sentences on it, and Ocoya is built for exactly that shape. What it does not do is know your glass vocabulary or ground the caption in your brand, so the words come out generic and the "window cleaner near me" customer stays a search you run by hand.

What it costs at one location
Its plan cards listed Starter at $29 a month billed monthly or $290 a year billed yearly for 1 user, 5 social profiles and 300 credits, Team at $79 a month billed monthly or $790 a year billed yearly for 5 users and 20 profiles, and Agency at $199 a month billed monthly or $1,990 a year billed yearly for 20 users and 100 profiles. The yearly figures are the page's own two-months-free rates, and every tier's call to action is a 7-day free trial. ocoya.com/pricing, checked 18 September 2026
    Best for
A window cleaning company whose phone already holds the before-and-after and which wants the caption and the queue handled for the smallest monthly number, and which is fine writing the brand voice in by hand.

    Honest limitation

There is no free plan, only a 7-day trial, which is a thin window when a window cleaner's season is one good stretch of weather. Its captions are not grounded in your brand, so they read generic until you rewrite them, and while the pricing page's footer lists Google Business among its integrations, the plan cards do not name it, so the local-search posting a window cleaner depends on is a footer promise rather than a plan feature. ocoya.com/pricing, checked 18 September 2026

  2. SpeedRun Social

    our product

    AI content generator

The one that writes like a window cleaner and holds it for approval

It reads your website into a brand kit, then writes the caption in your voice, generates the image and cuts a short video around the clear pane your phone photographed, and every post waits in an approval queue until you release it. It posts to Google Business Profile too, where a homeowner searching "window cleaner near me" looks. Disclosure: this is our product and this is our list, and Ocoya sits above it because a window cleaner's short caption does not need our brand-kit grounding the way a longer one might, and Ocoya charges less for the simple version.

What it costs at one location
Free plan: 300 credits a month refilled forever, one free campaign a week (3 posts, 1 video, 1 cross-post), no card, watermarked media on free. Paid plans are $49.99, $99.99 and $199.99 a month billed monthly, or $39.99, $79.99 and $159.99 a month billed annually. speedrunsocial.com/pricing, checked 18 September 2026
    Best for
A window cleaning company that wants the before-and-after turned into a caption, an image and a short video with the trade's vocabulary already in it, and which wants to watch a real week of its own posts appear before paying anything.

    Honest limitation

It costs more than Ocoya for a photo-led feed, and nothing in it asks a customer from last month for a review, so the loop NiceJob runs stays somebody's job here. Free-plan media carries a watermark, we are the youngest company on this page, and a window cleaner who wants the cheapest possible caption and schedule, or reviews chased ahead of posts made, should look at Ocoya or NiceJob first. speedrunsocial.com/pricing, checked 18 September 2026

  3. NiceJob

    Reputation software

Reviews from the clean nobody asked you to photograph

It turns a finished job into a published review: close the job and the software asks the customer, then puts the best ones on your Google page and your site. A window cleaner's photo already proves the glass is clear, but a homeowner weighing who to let into the house still checks the review that says the crew showed up and the sills were left dry. That loop is worth more to a window cleaner than a generated image, which is why this review tool outranks the two generators below it, even though it makes no post of its own.

What it costs at one location
Its plan cards listed Starter at $75 a month and Pro at $125 a month, both billed monthly in USD with no annual rate printed anywhere on the page. A Sites website add-on was priced separately at $99 a month plus a one-time $199 setup, and an AI Leads add-on is marked coming soon. The page offers a 14-day free trial and states no contracts, and an Enterprise tier is priced on request. get.nicejob.com/pricing, checked 18 September 2026
    Best for
A window cleaning company with a real backlog of finished jobs that has never systematically asked for a review, where the ladder is busy but the Google listing is thin.

    Honest limitation

It publishes a review, not a post: the clear pane and the streak-free sill still need a caption and a photo somewhere else, because nothing on its pricing page writes a caption or generates an image. At $75 a month billed monthly it is also the priciest single entry tier on this list, and a window cleaner who has never collected a review has little for the software to turn into proof yet. get.nicejob.com/pricing, checked 18 September 2026

  4. Predis.ai

    AI content generator

Most generated media per dollar, if you press publish

It turns a line of text into images, carousels and short video with captions attached, and a window cleaner's before-and-after could become a carousel without touching a design tool. The catch is in the tier list, not the headline number, and it is spelled out in the limitation beside this.

What it costs at one location
The page opens on Annually with a 30% off badge. Billed annually, Core read $24 a month, Rise $55 a month and Enterprise+ $212 a month; billed monthly the same three read $32, $79 and $249. Core carries 1,300 credits a month, which the page translates as about 86 images or 9 videos, with 1 brand and no automatic posting. Rise carries 3,200 credits and up to 4 brands with auto posting, and Enterprise+ carries 10,000 credits with unlimited brands. Every plan starts with 7 days free, and the page takes a card to start the trial. predis.ai/pricing, checked 18 September 2026
    Best for
A window cleaning company that wants a month of seasonal graphics and carousels for the lowest possible price, and which already has somewhere to post them.

    Honest limitation

The cheapest tier will not post for you: Core lists no automatic posting, and auto posting starts at Rise, $79 a month billed monthly or $55 billed annually. The page shows no permanent free plan, only 7 free days, and its images are not grounded in your brand, so the palette it guesses may not be the one you actually use on your van. predis.ai/pricing, checked 18 September 2026

  5. Publer

    Scheduler

The cheapest queue, and it posts to Google

A scheduler priced per social account rather than per seat, which suits a window cleaning company running one Facebook page and a Google listing. Its plans page names Google Business among the things it publishes, so the before-and-after photo can go to the profile a homeowner reaches through a "window cleaner near me" search rather than only to a feed.

What it costs at one location
Its plans page prints both billing modes inside the same card. Professional read $5.00 a month billed monthly or $4.00 a month billed yearly, and Business read $10.00 a month or $8.00, with a 7-day and a 14-day trial respectively. A free forever tier is listed at $0.00 with 1 user, 3 social accounts excluding X, 10 scheduled posts per account and 24-hour post history. Enterprise is billed yearly and quoted on request. publer.com/plans, checked 18 September 2026
    Best for
A window cleaning company whose phone does photograph the clear pane, and which wants the queue handled for a few dollars a month instead of posted at nine at night.

    Honest limitation

It generates no images and no video, so an empty camera roll stays an empty calendar, and it writes no caption either, so the two sentences still have to come from somewhere. Pricing is per social account, and the page notes that for every 9 accounts the 10th is free, a scale a single-crew window cleaner reaches only by running several branded profiles. publer.com/plans, checked 18 September 2026

  6. Buffer

    Scheduler

The smallest step from a phone camera roll to a queue

A calendar, a queue and very little standing between the two. For a window cleaner already photographing the streak-free pane on a phone, this is the shortest distance to a posting schedule, and its free tier can carry a single location indefinitely without ever becoming a bill. It reaches Google Business Profile as a supported channel, which is where a homeowner searching for a window cleaner actually looks.

What it costs at one location
Its page printed both billing modes. Billed monthly, Essentials read $6 a month for one channel and Team $12 a month for one channel; billed yearly, the same two read $5 a month billed as $60 a year and $10 a month billed as $120 a year. The free plan covers up to 3 channels with 10 scheduled posts per channel, and Google Business Profile is listed among the channels Buffer supports. buffer.com/pricing, checked 18 September 2026
    Best for
A window cleaning company whose only real problem is that posting is manual, and which would rather not learn a second piece of software this year.

    Honest limitation

It creates no images or video and writes no caption, so somebody at the company still has to photograph the clear pane and draft the two sentences. Billing is per channel, so a second location's Facebook page is a second bill, and the calendar does not know whether it is a good stretch of weather or a slow one. buffer.com/pricing, checked 18 September 2026

  7. Metricool

    Scheduler and analytics

Scheduling plus the numbers, and Google in the list

A scheduler with analytics and competitor tracking attached, and Google Business Profile named on the pricing page itself. A window cleaning company that wants to know whether a season of posting moves anything, rather than only that it happened, is paying for the reporting half as much as the publishing half.

What it costs at one location
Its plans page prints both billing ladders and carries a save up to 24% annual label. The dearer ladder, billed monthly, listed Starter from $25 a month for 5 brands, and Advanced from $67 a month for 15 brands up to $210 for 50. The cheaper ladder, billed annually, listed the same tiers at $20 and then $53 up to $159. A free tier is listed at $0 covering 1 brand, every network except LinkedIn and X, up to 20 scheduled posts a month and 30 days of analytics. metricool.com/pricing, checked 18 September 2026
    Best for
A window cleaning business large enough to care whether the posts move anything, with somebody willing to read a monthly report.

    Honest limitation

It makes no images or video and writes no caption either, and its entry ladder starts at five brands, which is four more than a window cleaning company usually has, so the cheapest paid tier is priced for an agency and sold to a single location at the same number. The free tier caps scheduling at 20 posts a month and leaves out LinkedIn and X. metricool.com/pricing, checked 18 September 2026

How this list was ranked

The stake first: we build SpeedRun Social, it is entry two of seven, and Ocoya, a content generator we do not own, sits above it. A vendor's roundup earns a window cleaning owner's time only when the stake is stated before the ranking rather than under it, so it is said here.

Every figure on this page was read off the vendor's own pricing page on 18 September 2026 in a real browser, and the address bar was checked against the address requested before a single number was written down. Nothing was restated from a review site, another roundup or an assistant's answer.

Billing modes are named wherever a price appears. Ocoya prints a monthly figure and a discounted yearly figure, and both are quoted. NiceJob publishes a monthly figure only. Buffer printed both of its modes to this read, so its entry quotes the monthly and the yearly numbers. Predis.ai opens on an annual discount that is quoted in both modes. Our own ladder is quoted in both modes for the same reason.

The ranking rule is window-cleaning specific. The trade's best work is the before-and-after pane: the streaked glass the crew arrived to, the clear view the customer checks in the sun. A window cleaner's post is that photo with two sentences on it, so the order runs on how much public marketing a tool produces from a before-and-after pane, whether it writes like the trade and posts for you, and then what the cheapest plan that does it costs at one location. That is why a content generator leads this list, why our own sits second, and why the review tool that would lead a roofer's list sits third.

The before shot separates the list. A generator writes the caption and makes the image; a scheduler only queues what the phone already photographed. Ocoya and ours write and schedule on their own, while Publer, Buffer and Metricool still need a human to queue the photo, and NiceJob turns the finished job into a review instead of a post. Each is ranked for the gap it actually closes, not for the category it shares.

No stars, no scores, no customer counts, ours least of all. Every claim links to the page it came from with the date it was read. Prices move, so open the links before any of this decides a purchase.

The honest part

Ocoya is the better choice if your feed is photo-led and your captions are two sentences. It makes the caption and the schedule for $29 a month billed monthly, which is less than our cheapest paid plan, and a window cleaner whose before-and-after photo already does the selling does not need our brand-kit grounding to post "streak-free, inside and out." We rank it first for exactly that reason, and we are not the cheapest way to a window cleaner's feed.

NiceJob is the better choice if your real problem is that a finished job never turns into a review a neighbor can find. It asks for the review and publishes it, and we do not chase reviews at all. And if you already write your own captions, Publer or Buffer queues your phone photos for a few dollars a month, which is less than any generator on this page.

What we will not claim: no ratings, no customer counts, no trusted-by list, no guarantee that any of this fills a schedule. We are the youngest company on this page. The one thing we can say plainly is that this list hands the top slot to a rival and tells you which rivals beat us on price, because a list that did neither would be the kind of marketing a window cleaning owner should skip.

Questions window cleaners ask about this list

  • What is the best social media tool for a window cleaning company?

Ocoya, for a window cleaning company whose post is a before-and-after photo with two sentences on it: it makes the caption and the schedule together, and its entry tier was $29 a month billed monthly on 18 September 2026. If you want the caption written in your own voice and held for approval before it ships, SpeedRun Social, our own product, grounds each caption in your brand kit, generates the image and cuts a short video of the clear pane, starting free with no card. A company that already photographs the streak-free glass and only needs it queued should look at Publer or Buffer first.

  • Which of these writes captions a window cleaner can actually post?

Three generate the words: SpeedRun Social, Ocoya and Predis.ai. SpeedRun Social grounds each caption in your brand kit and holds every post for approval, which keeps a glass or sill claim from shipping before you have read it; that is our product and this is our list. Ocoya and Predis.ai generate captions but leave the rewrite to you. Publer, Buffer and Metricool write nothing, and NiceJob writes review requests rather than posts.

  • Do any of these post to my Google Business Profile?

It matters for a window cleaner, because a homeowner searching "window cleaner near me" finds the Google listing before the feed. On the pages read on 18 September 2026, Publer named Google Business among the things it publishes, Buffer listed Google Business Profile as a supported channel, Metricool named Google Business Profile on its pricing page, and ours publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Google Business Profile, and WordPress. Ocoya's plan cards did not name Google Business Profile, though its footer lists Google Business among its integrations, and Predis.ai's pricing page did not mention it at all. Check the vendor's own integrations page before buying on this point, because a pricing page is not an integration list.

  • Is there a free social media tool for window cleaners?

Four on this list keep permanent free plans rather than countdowns. Publer's is free forever with 3 social accounts and 10 scheduled posts per account. Buffer's covers 3 channels with 10 scheduled posts per channel. Metricool's covers 1 brand and up to 20 scheduled posts a month. Ours is 300 credits a month refilled forever, one free campaign a week (3 posts, 1 video, 1 cross-post), no card, watermarked media on free. NiceJob runs a 14-day trial, and Ocoya and Predis.ai run 7-day ones.

  • What is the cheapest social media tool for a window cleaning company?

On the pages read on 18 September 2026, the cheapest paid plan of any kind was Publer Professional at $5.00 a month billed monthly or $4.00 billed yearly for one social account, followed by Buffer Essentials at $6 a month for one channel billed monthly or $5 a month billed yearly. The cheapest way to have the caption and the image made for you was Ocoya Starter at $29 a month billed monthly. Four tools on this list keep a permanent free tier: Publer, Buffer, Metricool and ours.

  • How much should a window cleaning company budget for this?

Budget roughly $5 to $75 a month for the marketing half of a window cleaning company's software, on the figures read on 18 September 2026. The floor is Publer Professional at $5.00 a month billed monthly, and NiceJob sits at the top of that range at $75 a month billed monthly. Our own Starter plan lands in between at $49.99 a month billed monthly or $39.99 billed annually. Ocoya's cheap tier starts at $29 a month billed monthly for the caption and schedule it does, which is the smallest number on the page for a tool that writes.

  • Why does a review tool rank third instead of first here?

Because of how a window cleaner actually gets hired. The work photographs itself: the streaked glass the crew arrived to, the clear pane the customer checks in the sun, the sill left dry. So a tool that makes the post outranks one that makes the review. The review still matters, which is why NiceJob sits above the schedulers, but the photo does half the review's job for a window cleaner, and no photo does that for a plumber or a pest control company. Open two pricing pages and put one real job through each, then keep the one that posts the clearest window.

Try it on your own last job

The free plans and trials above exist so a window cleaner can put one real job through two tools and compare what comes out. Ours is the entry with no countdown on it, and every post waits for your approval until you turn that off.
