Hootsuite
Social media suite
The full suite a firm already trusts, inbox and all
The incumbent a firm has heard of, and the only tool here whose plan cards carry a shared inbox, brand monitoring and team approvals alongside publishing. For an accounting practice that wants one vendor for the feed, the messages and the listening, that is the honest reason it opens the list. The catch is in the billing note beside this, and it is a real one for a one-person firm.
- What it costs at one location
- Its plan cards listed Standard at $99, Professional at $199 and Advanced at $399, each printed as a per-user monthly price with a footnote that prices are shown in US dollars and based on annual billing. Selecting the per-month control left every figure unchanged, so the monthly-selected figure could not be confirmed on this read. Standard covers up to 10 social accounts with unlimited scheduled posts, AI post and image generation, one inbox, monitoring and a 14-day trial. hootsuite.com/plans, checked 17 September 2026
- Best for
- An established firm with a receptionist or a marketing person who already answers messages daily, and which wants publishing, an inbox and monitoring under one login rather than three.
Honest limitation
There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial, and the entry price is a per-user annual commitment, so a one-person firm pays a suite's price for an inbox and monitoring it may never open. Its pricing page does not name Google Business Profile, which matters in a trade where a client searching for an accountant looks at the local listing before the feed. hootsuite.com/plans, checked 17 September 2026
