Comparison

The grid is yours to fill. Or the week can arrive filled.

SpeedRun Social generates a week of posts, media included, from your website, and publishes after you approve. Pallyy sells one of the cheapest calendars in the category. The deciding question is what your drafts folder looked like last Sunday.

The grid does not fill itself

Pallyy's calendar is one of the cheapest serious schedulers in the category: $0 holds 15 posts a month, $15 a month buys Starter ($12 billed yearly), $25 buys Pro with unlimited posts ($20 billed yearly), and the drag-and-drop grid with client approvals is the whole interface. Every one of those prices assumes the same input: posts you made somewhere else. The photos come off your phone, the captions out of your head, and the grid arranges what already exists.

SpeedRun charges more because it supplies that input. The Brand Kit is read from your website, and each week three image posts, a short video and a cross-post generate from it, captions written per platform, queued for approval. $49.99 a month on Starter is the price with the making inside it; publishing to nine platforms rides along.

So the comparison is a mirror, and the question is your drafts folder. Full folder: pay Pallyy less to arrange it. Empty folder, and empty again next Sunday: the arranging was never the missing piece, and a cheaper grid keeps the silence tidy.

The same week, run two ways

Two Sunday nights, one with a blank grid and one with a full queue.

A week inside Pallyy

Sunday night, you open the calendar. It is a good calendar. The grid shows the month, the drag-and-drop works, the client approval step is clean. What the grid cannot do is fill itself. The photos come off your phone, the captions come out of your head, and the fifteen or twenty posts your plan allows are fifteen or twenty things you made somewhere else first. Pallyy holds up its half of the deal at a very fair price. The other half of the deal is still your Sunday night.

A week inside SpeedRun

Sunday night, the week already exists. Three image posts, a short video and a cross-post were generated from your Brand Kit, which SpeedRun built by reading your website. You open the approval queue instead of a blank grid, change a caption if one misses, approve the rest, and the posts publish natively on their schedule. The trade is real: you give up the hands-on grid planning Pallyy is loved for, and you get back the hours that filled it.

What the tool isA generator with a scheduler attached. SpeedRun reads your website into a Brand Kit, writes the captions, makes the images and the short video, and queues the week for your approval. The free planA free plan, not a trial: one free campaign every week of 3 image posts, 1 short video and 1 cross-post, with the Brand Kit included and 300 credits a month that refill for as long as the account exists. No card is asked for. Growing past the base planUpgrading a tier raises the monthly credit grant; there is no per-seat or per-account line item to stack. One business, one bill.Add-ons were listed on 21 August 2026 at $10 a month for extra social sets and $10 a month for extra users, with annual billing advertised as saving "up to 25%" and nonprofits and charities offered "50% off all plans". Two Pallyy tiers rendered no price when we first read the page on 21 August 2026: Agency and Scale. Re-read on 31 August 2026, both carried explicit prices in both billing modes, which is its own caution: their page changes shape, not only numbers. When SpeedRun wins

The bottleneck is making, and it always was

A calendar with 15 free slots does not help the business that produced zero posts last month. SpeedRun generates the week from the website, so the slots and the content arrive together, at $49.99 with the making included.

Video needs to ship without a videographer

Every SpeedRun campaign includes one short video beside its three image posts and cross-post, free plan included. Pallyy's pricing page sells scheduling capacity; the clip itself still has to come from somewhere, and here it comes from the generator.

You want approval without assembly

Pallyy's approval flow assumes a human assembled the drafts. Ours inverts it: the drafts assemble themselves and the human only approves. For an owner with ten spare minutes on a Sunday, that inversion is the entire product.

Who SpeedRun is not for

SpeedRun does one narrow job. If any of these describe your week, we would rather tell you now than lose you two weeks in.

You already make your content

If the photos and captions exist and the job is arranging them, Pallyy does that job for less: Starter at $15 against our $49.99, with a real $0 plan underneath. Generation is the thing we sell, and a reader who does not need it should keep the difference.

The cheapest possible start

Pallyy's free plan is a permanent $0 tier holding 15 hand-made posts a month, unwatermarked, because the uploads are yours. Our free tier generates media and watermarks it. Someone scheduling a handful of their own posts for nothing has a straightforward answer, and it is theirs.

A small agency running client approvals

Their Agency tier lists 10 Social Sets and 3 team users, and client approval is part of the core pitch. SpeedRun is one business approving its own week, with no per-client routing. An account manager's desk maps onto their product, not this one.

Calendar-first planners

Some people think in grids. They want to see March laid out, drag Thursday to Friday, and eyeball the mix before anything is written. Pallyy's whole interface is that grid. SpeedRun shows a queue of finished posts instead, which is faster and less tactile, and a planner who loves the map should keep the map.

Who should pick which

Four buyers, one sentence each. Some of these verdicts go to Pallyy.

  • The photographer with a camera roll full of finished work

Pallyy. The content exists; a $15 grid arranges it for a third of our price.

  • The landscaper who has not posted since spring

SpeedRun. The silence is a production problem, and the generator produces.

  • The boutique agency approving drafts with clients

Pallyy. Social Sets and team users exist for that desk; we route nothing client by client.

  • The cafe owner who wants a weekly video without editing one

SpeedRun. The clip generates inside every campaign, watermark on free, gone on paid.

What switching actually costs

Pallyy makes leaving easy and that deserves saying: month-to-month billing, a $0 tier to fall back to, and a queue small enough to let drain naturally. The genuine cost is the planning ritual. If your Sunday grid session is where the week gets thought through, its disappearance will feel like a loss for the first fortnight, because the thinking moves into a review pass over posts that already exist.

Nothing needs importing. The accounts reconnect with the same OAuth screens, the Brand Kit builds itself from your site, and any posts still scheduled in Pallyy simply publish from there while your first generated weeks run here. Running both side by side for two weeks costs $0 on both ends, which makes this one of the few comparisons you can settle experimentally.

Pricing philosophy

The gap between their Starter and ours is $34.99 a month: $15 buys arranging, $49.99 buys arranging plus the captions, images and video themselves. Price the hours you spend producing a week of posts, and the gap either vanishes or it does not.

Their ladder also grows sideways, $10 per extra social set and $10 per extra user, which suits a roster that expands. Ours grows upward by credit grant for one business. Different directions, priced for different growth.

Our side is short: $49.99, $99.99 and $199.99 a month, every price published, and the pricing page is the canonical list.

Questions people ask on the way in

  • Pallyy costs less. What is the extra money actually buying?

Production. Their prices buy a place to put posts; ours buy the posts. Captions written from your brand, images and a short video generated, the week queued for approval. A buyer whose content already exists is overpaying with us, and the concessions above say so in their own words.

  • Both free plans are permanent. How do they actually differ?

Pallyy's $0 plan holds 15 posts a month that you made, published clean. Ours generates one campaign a week, 3 image posts, 1 short video and 1 cross-post from your Brand Kit, with 300 credits refilling monthly and a watermark on the media until a paid plan removes it. Uploads versus generation is the entire difference, and it decides which free plan is worth anything to you.

  • Is there a month-grid view or client approval flow here?

No. There is an approval queue, and every post waits in it until you act. There is no drag-and-drop month grid and no multi-client routing, and a queue is not a grid. Solo owners rarely miss the grid; planners and agencies usually do, and Pallyy built for them.

  • Can I run Pallyy and SpeedRun at the same time while deciding?

Yes, and it is the cheapest honest test available: both free tiers cost nothing and neither expires. Let Pallyy keep publishing whatever you already scheduled, let SpeedRun generate two weeks from your site, and compare your own feed against your own feed.

  • Which numbers on this page should I recheck first?

The newest ones: Agency and Scale rendered no price on 21 August 2026 and carried explicit prices in both billing modes when re-read on 31 August 2026, so those two tiers have already moved once. Every figure above links to its page; their pricing page is the live source and this table is a dated snapshot of it.

  • What does the SpeedRun Social free plan include?

300 credits a month, refilled forever, and 1 free campaign a week: 3 posts, 1 video and 1 cross-post. No card is required. Media made on the free plan is watermarked; paid plans remove the watermark.

Settle it with your own feed

Run both free plans for a fortnight. If the grid stays full without SpeedRun, keep Pallyy and the change. If the generated weeks are the only full ones, you have your answer.
